1 总 则

1.0.1 为了贯彻国家有关节约能源的法律、法规和政策,保证福建省建筑节能设计标准的实施和建筑的节能效果,特制定本标准。

1.0.2 本标准适用于福建省新建、扩建、改建的居住建筑的节能检测及评估。公共建筑可参照执行。本标准不适用于地下建筑以及简易的临时性建筑。 1.0.3 福建省夏热冬冷地区建筑节能检测及评估按照夏热冬暖地区北区建筑节能检测及评估方法进行。

1.0.4 福建省的建筑节能检测与评估除应执行本标准外,尚应符合国家现行的有关标准、规范的规定。凡未注明日期的引用文件,其最新版本适用于本标准。

2 术 语

2.0.1 传热系数 overall heat transfer coefficient

围护结构两侧空气温度温差为1K,在单位时间内通过单位面积围护结构的传热量。单位:W/(m2·K)。

2.0.2 热惰性指标 index of thermal inertia

表征围护结构反抗温度波动和热流波动能力的无量纲指标,其值等于材料层热阻与蓄热系数的乘积。

2.0.3 气密性 air permeability performance

外窗的开启部分在关闭状态下,阻止空气渗透的能力。 2.0.4 遮阳系数 shading coefficient

在给定条件下,太阳辐射透过玻璃、外窗或幕墙所形成的室内得热量,与相同条件下透过相同面积的标准玻璃(3mm厚透明玻璃)所形成的太阳辐射得热量之比。

2.0.5 可见光透射比 visible transmittance

采用人眼视见函数进行加权,标准光源透过玻璃、门窗或幕墙成为室内的可见光通量与投射到玻璃、门窗或幕墙上的可见光通量的比值。 2.0.6 保温浆料 insulating mortar

由胶粉料与聚苯颗粒或其它保温轻骨料组配,使用时按比例加水搅拌混合而成的浆料。

2.0.7 红外热像仪 Infrared Camera

基于表面辐射温度原理,能产生热像的红外成像系统。 2.0.8 热像图 thermogram

用红外热像仪拍摄的表示物体表面表观辐射温度的图片。 2.0.9 太阳辐射吸收系数 solar radiation absorptance

某表面对投射到该表面的太阳辐射能的吸收部分,与投射到该表面的总太阳辐射能之比,无因次。

2.0.10 热桥(冷桥) thermal bridge

在型钢或钢筋混凝土梁(圈梁)、柱、窗口梁、窗台板、楼板等与外围护结
