基于RFID学校固定资产管理系统设计与实现

摘要：主要介绍了RFID的工作原理和电子标签在资产管理上的应用，分析了RFID技术在固定资产管理上的应用优势，实现对RFID固定资产管理系统的原理。结合本校情况，提出了固定资产管理系统的设计方案，来促进学校固定资产管理工作的工作效率和管理水平。 关键词：RFID；固定资产；资产管理系统

Abstract： This paper mainly introduces the working principle of RFID and the application of electronic label in asset management， analyzes the advantage of RFID technology in the application of fixed assets management， and realizes the principle of RFID fixed assets management system. Combined with the situation of our school， we put forward the design scheme of the fixed asset management system， to promote the work efficiency and management level of the school fixed assets management.

随着中职教育的快速发展，政府加大了对职业学校的资金投入，校企合作项目的引进，也扩充了学校的很多实训设备，目前我校在校学生5000多人，教职工人数也达300多人，比如计算机专业的机房电脑和交换机、数控的车床、电子专业的各种电子设备、财经专业的财经实训室、汽修专业的整车和发动机等各种零部件，在政府的大力资金投入下，学校的各种实训设备等固定资产越来越多，因此固定资产管理系统是一个大规模中职学校不可缺少的部分。但目前我校还是使用传统人工的方式管理固定资产的信息，这种管理方式存在着许多缺点，比如：效率低、差错率高，另外时间一长，将产生大量的纸质文件和数据，这对于查找、更新和维护都带来了不少的困难。由于条形码技术本身存在局限性，时间长了数字不清容易损坏等，无法做到真正有效的管理固定资产，使得当前的固定资产管理还存在一些问题，固定资产的财务管
