汽车行业上市公司绩效评价

摘 要
本文首先从国内外汽车发展现状出发，对中国汽车行业的整体状况作出分析，然后结合汽车行业的特点，在综合分析国内外各种常用的经营绩效评价制表依稀的基础上，选取了23家汽车整车类上市公司作为样本，围绕盈利能力、运营能力、偿债能力和成长能力、创新能力、管理能力六个方面，选取了17个指标，采取理论研究与实证研究相结合的研究方法，并利用突变级数法对我国23家汽车整车类上市公司的经济绩效评价分析，以期为我国汽车上市公司经营者、投资者以及其他需要者提供参考依据。

ABSTRACT
This article embarks from the current situation of the development of domestic and foreign automobile and make an analysis of the overall situation of China's automobile industry, and combining with the characteristics of the auto industry, the comprehensive analysis of all kinds of commonly used at home and abroad business performance evaluation, on the basis of tabulation vaguely, selected the 23 vehicle classes listed companies as samples, profit ability, operation ability, debt paying ability, growth ability and innovation ability, management ability from six aspects, selected the 17 indexes, theoretical research and empirical research with the combination of research methods, and use the mutation progression method to our country 23 vehicle class the economic performance evaluation of listed companies, so as to our country automobile listed company provides some references for the operators, investors and other needs.
