钙对淹水胁迫下辣椒幼苗的生长影响

摘要:在自然环境条件下,因地理位和气候环境不同而会出现一些积水区域,这些区域常会因为雨水过多而对植物造成一些危害并影响植株的正常生长和发育,因而也影响到了农作物的产量表现。因此提高植物在淹水胁迫下的抗涝性对农业生产会有突出意义。

通篇主要讲述Ca2+对淹水胁迫下辣椒幼苗的影响,钙是植物生长过程中所必须的矿物质离子同时也是植物细胞内和偶联胞外信号的第二信使。因此研究钙对淹水胁迫下辣椒幼苗的生长影响对农业生产有较大科研价值与实际意义。

本文主要使用市面够得的辣椒为题材进行实验研究;研究发现Ca2+对淹水胁迫下的辣椒幼苗生长影响具有两面性,在一定范围内Ca2+浓度越高辣椒生长受负面影响越小,当超过一定标准后则成负面效应。实验结果表明钙减轻淹水对辣椒幼苗的伤害的最佳浓度是10

mmol/L。

英文摘要:

Different geographic location and climate environment under natural

environmental conditions, there will be some ponding area,These areas often because of too much rain on plants caused some damage and affect the normal growth and development of plants, which also affected the crop yield performance.Plants under waterlogging stress waterlogging on agricultural production will have outstanding significance.

Throughout focuses Ca2 + on the pepper seedlings under waterlogging stress,Calcium is a mineral ions are necessary in the process of plant growth within the plant cells and the coupling of extracellular signals to the second messenger.Study the impact of calcium on the growth of pepper seedlings under waterlogging stress on agricultural production greater scientific value and practical significance.

Main use commercially enough peppers to the theme of the experimental study; study found that Ca2 + the flooding stress pepper seedlings Growth has two sides, within a certain range Ca2 + concentration the higher the pepper growth negatively affected the smaller, when more than a certain standardafter a negative effect. Experimental results show that calcium to reduce flood damage to the pepper seedlings the best concentration of 10 mmol / L.
