摘要：本工程深圳北站综合交通枢纽是华南地区在建最大的综合交通枢纽工程，也是深圳市最重要的陆上交通门户，在施工的过程中，我们要发挥中国中铁集团作战优势，积极探索实践施工总承包模式，平衡有序推进了工程建设，较好的树立了中国中铁品牌,更好的推动深圳市的建设发展.

Abstract: the project in shenzhen north station comprehensive transportation hub in south China is the largest comprehensive traffic hub of the construction engineering, is also the most important land of shenzhen city traffic portal, in construction process, we should play to China iron group combat advantage, and actively explore practical construction contract mode, balanced and orderly advance the engineering construction, good set up the China railway brand, better promote the construction and development of shenzhen.

引 言
本工程具有工期紧张、任务重、施工难度大等特点。为加快施工建设，采用施工总承包模式组织建设，在政府、业主、设计、监理等相关单位的正确领导和支持帮助下，通过中国中铁深圳地铁枢纽工程指挥部及各参建单位的共同努力，又快又好的推进深圳交通枢纽的快速发展。
1 工程概况
深圳北站综合交通枢纽工程位于深圳市宝安区龙华西南部，占地近50万平方米工程项目总投资约63.3亿元，其中东西广场相关配套工程投资约为38.3亿元，广深港国铁部分投资约为25亿元。枢纽工程东起民塘路、西至致远中路；南起玉龙路、北至留仙大道，新区大道南北下穿整个枢纽，广深港客运专线、厦深高速铁路等国铁线路，平南铁路以及 4、5、6号等城市轨道交通线、常规公交在此交汇。工程于2008年元月1日开工，计划于2011年6月31日开通。
