摘 要

本设计是长距离矿用皮带输送机总体设计。长距离皮带输送机可实现在长距离运输巷道内连续的、大运量的运输,减少能源损耗,节约成本,同时提高生产效率。

在设计中首先根据运输巷道的布置图提出并确定设计方案。其次根据原始参数进行皮带输送机总体的设计:确定带宽;计算输送机总圆周驱动力;计算输送机各点的张力并确定圆周驱动力的分配;电动机装机功率的计算及确定电动机布置方案;输送机的拉紧力及拉紧行程的计算。最后对主要传动部件进行设计:减速器的设计计算及托辊的校核。

本设计主要应用于运输巷道,主要的特点为长距离、大运量。解决了在长距离的情况下输送机多点驱动的问题,以及长距离皮带拉紧的问题。 关键词:长距离输送机;张力计算;减速器设计;

Abstract

This design is the long-distance belt conveyor for mine design. Through the conveyor belt to achieve the overall design of roadway in the long-distance transport continuous, large capacity of transport, reducing energy consumption, saving costs while increasing productivity.

First of all, in the design layout of the roadway under the proposed transport and determine the design. Second, according to the original parameters of the overall design of belt conveyor: identification bandwidth; calculated the total circumference of conveyor drive; calculate the points of tension conveyor and determine the circumference of the driving force distribution; motor installed power of calculation and determine the electrical layout of the program; delivery Machine tension force and tension calculation trip. Finally, the design of the main transmission components: speed reducer design calculations and check idlers.

This design is mainly used in the transport tunnel, the main features of the long-distance, large capacity. Solved in the case of long distance multi-point drive conveyor, as well as long-distance belt tensioner problem.
