大学生校内外就餐情况的调查
摘要
高校餐饮业作为餐饮业中的一个特殊业态，只有通过高校后勤改革才可以达到高校餐饮改革的目的，因此近年来成为国家和高等院校研究和改革的重点。各高校后勤经过多年探索，结合地方特色，依靠各类政策，均进行了一些改革，取得了初步成效，但在很多做法上都停留在制度和形式上的改革，本文通过目前国内外高校餐饮现状分析和实际调查，进行了部分深入的研究。本文主要采用问卷调查的方法对甘肃省兰州市某高校大学生对校内外饮食情况进行了详细的调查，在研究国内外现状的基础上，针对目前我国高校餐饮的特点及存在的问题进行了分析，以期实现高校餐饮服务管理科学化、规范化发展，同时为其他高校餐饮服务质量优化提供实践参考。 [关键词] 高校餐饮 饮食动机 提升策略
ABSTRACT
Colleges and universities as a special formats in the catering industry, catering industry only by logistics reform in colleges and universities can achieve the goal of reform of universities catering, so in recent years become a country and the focus of the research and reform in colleges and universities. Universities logistics after years of exploration, combined with the local characteristics, rely on all kinds of policies, have made some reforms, has achieved initial success, but stays in a lot of practice in the system and the form of reform, this article through college dining at home and abroad present situation analysis and practical investigation, did some in-depth study. In this paper, we adopt the method of questionnaire survey of students in a university in Lanzhou city, Gansu province has carried on the detailed investigation of diet face-to-face, on the basis of the present research status at home and abroad, aiming at the characteristics of colleges and universities catering in China and the existing problems are analyzed, in order to realize the scientific management of catering service in colleges and universities, standardized development, at the same time providing practical reference to other colleges and universities catering service quality optimization.
