Unit 2 My week PartA Let's spell教案

教学内容、学情分析:

本课时内容是新版PEP小学英语教科书五年级上册第二单元“My week”Part A Let’s spell。该课时内容是语音知识,要求掌握双元音字母ee和ea在单词中的发音规则。学生经过三四年级的学习,已有单元音字母a,e,i,o,u在单词中开闭音节的发音规律的知识基础,已掌握一定的拼读技巧和方法。 教学目标:

1、学生能通过听例词发音,观察例词结构特征,掌握字母组合ee和ea的发音;

2、能够跟着录音说唱歌谣;

3、能够读出符合ee和ea发音规则的单词; 4、能够根据单词的读音拼写出符合ee和ea发音规则的单词;

5、能够在单线上完成抄写句子的活动,做到书写规范正确。

教学重、难点:

注意区分meet, feet, read, sea, tea, eat, feed, repeat, beef的读音,能够准确朗读出来。 教学准备:

教学过程: Step 1 Warm up 1)Greeting

T: Good morning, boys and girls. Ss: Good morning, Miss Zhu.

T:First, let’s listen to a song——The phonics song. 2) Review

T: Today we’ll still learn Unit 2. Can you read the words?

Ss: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Thursday,Friday, Saturday, Sunday.

T: And we call them a _____ Ss: Week.

T: Good. You can call these two days ______. Ss: Weekend.

Step 2 Preview

1)Elicit the form of “ee”

T: Can you read them again? What can you find? Ss: ...

(学生说出他们发现的规律。)

T: What about this? “ee” They say “i:” ee, i: Ss: ee, i: 2) Try to read

T: Can you read it? Ss: Week

T: What about this? Ss: Weed. T: And this? Ss: Weep.

Step 3 Presentation

1) Enjoy the story and find “i:”

Aimee: Hello, I’m Aimee. Nice to meet you. Lee: Hello, I’m Lee. Nice to meet you, too! Aimee: What would you like? Lee: I’d like some beef. Aimee: Oh, no! Lee: Oh, my feet! Aimee: Sorry. 2) Let’s say

T: Tell me what you find.

Ss: Lee/ Aimee/ beef/ meet/ feet. T: Good job. Now let’s read them. Ss: Lee/ Aimee/ beef/ meet/ feet. 3) Let’s spell.

T: Can you try to spell them?

Ss: L-ee/ Ai-m-ee/ b-ee-f/ m-ee-t/ f-ee-t. 4) Elicit “ea’

T: Look here are two /mi:t/. Meat and meet. First read by yourself. Ss: Meat and meet.

T: Now can you tell me how to read? Ss: Meat. Meet. T: Are they the same? Ss: Yes.

T: So here “ea” also say “i:”. ea, /i:/ Ss: ea, /i:/

5) Read by yourself.

T: Now try to read the words by yourself. Ss: Tea, read, meat, eat. T: Who can read?

Ss: Tea, read, meat, eat. 6) Let’s spell.

T: Let’s watch the video and try to learn. 7)Let’s chant

Step 3.Consolidation and extension 1) Let’s play

T: Boys and girls,let’s play a game.You’re going to PK. One read the word on the card,and one find the word on the blackboard.

2) Listen, repeat and circle. 3) Listen, write and say. 4) Let’s play.

T:I’ll read a passage for you. You should listen carefully and find the word with “ee”or “ea”.OK? (Today I read a storybook. It’s a book about tea. Then I meet a cow. It has big feet. Then I feel hungry. I would like to eat beef. )

T:How many words have you found? Ss:…

T: Read the text by yourself and then try to read with your partner.

T: Who can read it for us?

Step 4. Homework

1. Read the words and spell them on P16 with friends after class.

2. Copy the sentences on P16.

3. Find more words with “ee” and “ea”.
