hanging holes.
— 平衡重共有三种规格，均采用钢筋混凝土浇注成形，具体外形尺寸参见下图（图
1.2-8 及图 1.2-9）。

1.2.8 压重压重Base Ballast 压重压重
压重应按我们提供的图纸制作。要保证压重的外部尺寸及开口位置。压重上下两面应
平行，否则会影响压重的稳定性并造成事故。
The Ballast shall be manufactured according to the drawings we have provided. Be sure of
its overall dimensions and opening positions. Keep its upper surface and lower surface in
parallel, otherwise its stability will be reduced and accidents will occur.

—用户应熟读本章说明，以便正确迅速架设塔机。
-- Customers are required to go through this section to ensure proper and smooth erection
of the tower crane.
—根据《汽车吊的特性及起重能力》和安装单元的重量和高度选用汽车吊。

height of erection units to select the proper truck crane.
—用汽车吊能在最短的时间内和最小的场地立塔。
--The truck crane selected shall be capable of erecting the tower crane at the shortest time
and limited site.
1.3.2 立塔的注意事项Cautions
a.塔机安装工作应在塔机最高处风速不大于 14m/s 时进行。
The wind speed atop (the highest crane point) should be no greater than 14m/s during
crane erection.
b.必须遵循立塔程序。Strictly follow the erection procedures of tower crane.
c.注意吊点的选择，根据吊装部件选用长度适当，质量可靠的吊具（参考表 1.3-2）。
Properly select the hook point. Select the hoisting equipment with proper length and
reliable quality to suit the components to be hoisted (refer to Table 1.3-2)
d.塔机各部件所有可拆的销轴，塔身加强节片与片之间连接的铰制螺栓、螺母均是专
用特制零件，用户不得随意代换。
Dismountable pins, nuts and bolts for connecting tower sections are specially prefabricated
parts. Customers are not allowed to replace them freely.
e.必须安装并使用如扶梯、平台、护栏等安全保护装置。
Stairs, platform and protecting fence should be installed for safe operation.
必须根据起重臂臂长，正确确定平衡臂臂长及配重数量（见有关章节），在安装起重
臂之前，必须先在平衡臂上安装一块重3. 0t 的平衡重，注意严禁超过此数量。
Be sure of the proper length of counter-jib and number of counter-weights according to the
length of jib (refer to relevant sections). Jib must be installed after placing one 3t
counter-weight on the counter-jib. It is prohibited to place two pieces or more counter-weight
on the counter-jib before installing jib.
g.装好起重臂后，平衡臂上未装够规定的平衡重前，严禁起重臂吊载。

After jib installation, it is prohibited to hoist any load before placing specified
counter-weight on the counter-jib.
h.塔机在施工现场的安装位置，必须保证塔机的最大旋转部分与周围建筑物的距离不
小于 1.5m，塔机任何部位与架空电线的安全距离应符合表 1.3-1 的规定。At the erection
position of the tower crane, it must be no less than 1.5m distance between the widest slewing
part of the crane and around buildings, and the safe distance between any parts of the crane and
overhead power lines shall comply with the stipulations as shown in Table 1.3-1.
i.准备辅助吊装设备、枕木、索具、绳扣等常用工具。
Auxiliary hoist equipment, sleepers, cables, rope clips and other ordinary tools should be
provided before hand.
