部结构,引进片式加强节,升高塔机的高度。

tower body. To meet construction needs, jacking mechanism can jack the upper structure of the

tower body to let in Strengthened sections for increasing tower crane height.

本塔机固定独立式的最大起升高度为 61.5m, 若起升高度要超过 61.5m,必须用附着

装置对塔身进行加固。附着式塔机的最大起升高度可达 241.5m。当工作高度≤120m 时,

可采取二倍率、四倍率钢丝绳起升,当工作高度>120m 时,只能采取二倍率钢丝绳起升。

exceeded, the attachments of anchor-to-building shall have to be used to strengthen the tower

body. The maximum hook height of the attachments tower crane is 214.5m. In case of working

height≤120m, hoisting can be done only by 2-fall wire rope or 4-fall wire rope. In case of

working height>120m, hoisting can be done only by 2-fall wire rope.

附着式的结构布置与独立式相同,只是为了增加起升高度,塔身增加了片式加强节。

为提高塔机的稳定性和塔身的刚度,在塔身的全高内还设置了若干层附着装置(图 1-2 ),

标准附着时,要求塔身中心距离建筑物为 5m,若工程实际距离与此不符,请与本公司联

系。1.3.3.2.1 和 1.3.3.2.2 考虑到施工要求与塔身、附着架的受力规定了附着架与基础平面

距离、附着架之间距离以及附着架以上悬高的极限值。1.3.3.2.3 (图1-2)既能满足一般

的施工要求,又能最经济的配制附着架,降低塔机的使用成本。

The tower crane anchored-to-building has the same structural layout as stationary type,

only with the exception of Strengthened section added to the tower body for higher hoisting. To

enhance tower crane stability and tower body rigidity, several anchors are provided along the

whole height of the tower body (Fig.1-2). In case of standard attachment, the tower body center

has to be kept 5m away from the building. In case of the actual distance of the project not in

compliance with this requirement, just contact our company for further information. Items

1.3.3.2.1 and 1.3.3.2.2 give consideration to project construction requirements and

force-applied situations of the tower body and anchored frames. They specify the distance

between anchored frame and foundation plane, distance between anchored frames and

suspension height limit above anchored frame. Item 1.3.3.2.3 (Fig. 1-2) can satisfy both

ordinary construction needs and facilitate prefabrication of anchored frames most economically

for lower operation cost of the tower crane.
