地方财经院校创新创业人才培养模式探索与实践

摘 要 创新创业人才培养是建设创新型国家的客观要求，地方财经院校承担着为地方经济和社会发展培养创新创业人才的重任。地方财经类院校创新创业人才的培养存在诸多先天不足，本文在分析地方财经院校创新创业教育面临困境的基础上，探讨创新创业人才培养模式的构建。

Exploration and Practice of Talents Training Model of Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Local Financial Universities

Abstract The cultivation of innovative talents is the objective requirement for the construction of an innovative country， and the local financial institutions undertake the task of training innovative talents for local economic and social development. Cultivation of innovative talents in Universities of Finance and economics has many congenitally deficient， based on the analysis of the local financial institutions innovation and entrepreneurship education facing difficulties， to explore the construction of training mode of innovative talents.
