题 目 汽车保险查勘与定损案例分析
摘 要
随着人们生活水平的不断提高，汽车这一便利的交通工具，也逐渐成为现代生活中不可缺少的交通工具，虽为人们带来了极高的便利性，但其造成的交通事故也是不容忽视的，就此，为使车主在交通事故中得到保障，国家出台了一系列措施，保护消费者的合法权益，也导致出现了汽车保险，当发生交通事故，车主向承保公司报案，在查勘员确定事故的真实性及本次事故属保险责任之内，就可以领取到相应的赔款，以保障交通事故中车主的利益。本文叙述了汽车保险的发展过程及汽车保险查勘定损的内容，主要针对保险责任，对查勘内容要求以及技巧进行说明，重点在车辆损失评估上。最后拿具体案例进行说明。突显出查勘员在处理事故中需要注意的具体细节。

Abstract
As people living standard rise ceaselessly, the car a convenient traffic tools, also has become a modern essential to life, although be people traffic tool to bring a high convenience, but its cause traffic accident, be ignored, in this, to make the owner in the traffic accident to obtain the safeguard, the country has issued a series of measures to protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, also leads to the car insurance, when the traffic accident, the owner to accept insurance company, in the survey report to determine the authenticity of the accident and member of the accident insurance liability, can get within the corresponding reparations, to safeguard the interests of the owner in the traffic accident. This paper describes the process of development of car insurance and car insurance, the contents of the main charge war against insurance responsibility to survey show content request and skills, key in the vehicle loss evaluation. Finally take specific case specification. Highlight the survey member in the treatment of the accident in the details of the need to pay attention to.
