ABSTRACT
Along with the development of social economy, the railway transport demand demand rapid increase sharply, the supply capacity of existing railways are far cannot satisfy the demand of the society, in the face of this situation, railway departments to adapt to the national economy sustained, rapid and coordinated development of urgent need. Railway departments to actively promote the reform of transport organization, vigorously implement the salt effect, use of limited transport capacity to create the biggest economic benefit, is the effective measures to relieve the strain on railway stage, regional ability. In 2013 the introduction of datong domestic eight shaft harmonious new car, to improve the efficiency of freight locomotive operation as the research object, the locomotive car security system (6 a system) consists of central processing platform and 6 system. Six subsystems include locomotive air brake safety monitoring subsystem, the locomotive fire monitoring subsystem, the locomotive high-voltage insulation detection system, locomotive power supply monitoring subsystem, the locomotive fault monitoring subsystem, locomotive running stocks automatic video surveillance and recording subsystem, etc. Central processing platform for data set of each subsystem, data management, and the comprehensive analysis with the database. Each subsystem according to the unified system of 6 a communication protocol and the central processing platform communication.
6 a system has the function of: monitoring function (brake monitoring, fire control, high voltage insulation detection, train power supply direction of monitoring, video
surveillance, monitoring), comprehensive diagnosis, data storage, display, train-ground communication frequently.
The locomotive car security system (6 a system) can realize the air brake safety monitoring, fire monitoring, high voltage insulation detection, train power supply monitoring, walk step fault monitoring, video monitoring and recording and so on six functions, using multiple system association, multi-sensor redundancy design, real-time monitoring of locomotive state diagnosis, analysis and report to the police.

From 2011 to 2012 in October, TieKeYuan began to dominate the study of locomotive car security system (6 a system), in December 2012, the locomotive car security system (6 a system) used in HXD3C and batch installation on type HXD1 locomotive. The article introduces type HXD2 locomotive vehicle safety systems of high power ac drive freight electric locomotive auxiliary electrical system of electric principle, technical characteristics, performance parameters and the institutions. For the key parts and components as well as a variety of monitoring and recording device to do detailed introduction and function use protection features.

由于铁路交通速度快、高安全性、运量大、较高精准性、耗能小、工程投资低、舒 适度高、经济和社会效益好,与航空、公路、水运等运输来说污染少,且不受自然气候
条件的严重制约,因而在世界运输业中占据了重要的、不可代替的地位。目前世界各地
已建好的铁路有300多万公里,铁路交通是许多国家的重要运输方式。世界各国都积 极发展高速重载铁路和城市快速轨道交通,这也给我国机车车辆出口带来机遇。 同时近年来,随着我国铁路事业迅速发展,机车车辆的设计和制造水平有了很大的提升,各机车车辆制造企业都在积极寻求国际市场,出口大量自主研发的新型机车车辆。2007年中国铁路机车首次向伊朗出口150辆车,2008年中国南车集团获出口哈萨克斯坦近亿美
元的电力机车订单,2009年中国北车与新西兰正式签订20台内燃机车出口合同。机车
车辆出口所产生的辐射作用和示范效应是巨大的,我国机车车辆出口的前景无限。 1994年12月德国铁路公司向德国工业部门订购了420台3种功率等级的三相交流传动的电力机车;向ABB Henschel公司订购了145台功率为6.4MW、最高速度220km/h的101型机车;向Kraus Maffei和Siemens公司订购了195台功率为6.4MW、最高速度140km/h的152型机车和向AEG公司订购了功率为4.2MW、最高速度140km/h的145型机车。此外,保留了继续订购100台152型机车和400台145型机车的选择权。介绍了在不同机车上所进行的主要部件的预试验以及决定订购新一代电力机车的过程。
随着社会经济的发展,对交通运输更加迫切的需求,这也给铁路运输提出了新的要求。我国铁路先后经过五次提速,己经将既有线路的运营能力发挥到最大,机车的动力也随着运输的要求不断的改进提高,因此要进一步提高铁路的运输能力势必要改进机车的走行部分,在提高机车直线运行速度的基础上进一步提高机车在曲线上的速度,从而提高机车在整个运行区间的运行速度,缩短运行时间,提高区间的通过能力,进而提高铁路的运营能力。HXD2(和谐电2)型电力机车为八轴9600千瓦交流传动货运机车,由中国北车集团大同电力机车有限责任公司与法国阿尔斯通交通股份公司在阿尔斯通公司的PRIMABB43700型电力机车的基础上联合开发。机车采用微机网络控制,标准化、模块化设计,具有恒功范围宽、轴功率大、粘着特性好、功率因数高、谐波干扰小、维护率和全寿命运营成本低、适用范围广等优点,是中国铁路装备技术现代化的重要标志产品之一。
本文选择在国产机车和谐八轴机车车载防护6A系统做出详细的阐述,为未来的机车改革创新铺垫了良好的基础。

一、6A系统的总体结构
机车车载安全防护系统(6A系统)是针对机车运行过程中危及安全的重要事项、重点部件和重点部位,在前期已有的各分散机车安全设备的基础上,完善功能、综合集成,形成完善的系统性、平台化的安全防护装置,用于提高机车防范安全事故的能力。系统主要用于空气制动、防火、高压绝缘、列车供电、走行部及视频等部件或对象的监控及记录。
