4、当施工现场与外电线路共用同一供电系统时, 电气设备应根据当地的要求作保护接零或作保护接地,不得一部分设备作保护接零,一部分设备作保护接地。
If the construction site and outside line share with one power supply system, the electrical equipment must be protected with ground connection or zero circuit, but should be all the same , part ground protection part zero circuit is prohibited.
5、接地装置的接地体不得用铝导体,垂直接地体宜采用角钢,钢管或圆钢,不宜采用螺纹钢。 Ground connecter can not use aluminium conductor, vertical ground connecter prefer steel angle, steel tube or round steel but not screw-threaded steel.
6、配电箱、开关箱应采用铁板或优质绝缘材料制作,铁板厚度应大于1.5mm。固定配电箱、开关箱的下底与地面垂直距离应大于1.3m且小于1.5m;移动式配电箱、开关箱的下底与地面垂直距离宜大于0.6m且小于1.5m。配电箱、开关箱必须防雨、防尘;配电箱、开关箱中导线的进线口与出线口应设在箱体下。
Distribution box and switch box preferably to be made of steel plate or good quality insulated material, thickness of steel plate not less than 1.5mm.Spacing between the fixed distribution and switch box bottom should within 1.3m to 1.5m; Spacing for portable boxes within 0.6 m to 1.5m. All these boxes to be protected free from rain and dust, inlet and outlet for conducting wire should be at the bottom of the boxes. 7、每台设备用电应各有专用开关箱。必须实行“一机一闸”制,严禁同一开关控制二台或二台以上用电设备(含插座),总配电箱和开关箱中必须装设漏电保护器,其额定漏电动作时间应作合理配合,使之具有分级保护的功能。

8、所有配电箱、开关箱均应标明其名称、用途,并作出分路标记,应有专人负责,并配锁和每月进行检查和维修一次,熔断器的熔体更换时,严禁用不符合规格的熔体代替。

10、必须经常对现场的电气线路、各台设备进行安全检查,对电气绝缘、接地电阻、漏电保护器、瓷插保险等是否完好进行检查。对查出的问题要做到定人、定时、定措施及时整改。

● 针对工程的特点和重要性,厂内内部将成立专职检查组对构件制作质量进行定时和不定时检查或抽查。
Organize a internal full time inspection team to carry out regular and irregular inspection or spot checks. ● 由专职检查组对每道工序生产人员进行上岗前教育和培训。
Operating workers to be educated and trained by the full time inspection team before work.
● 严格按规定要求进行检验,每道工序必须有首检、自检和专检三个过程,通过专检后方可转序。 Inspect each process by 3 steps: initial inspection, self inspection and specialized inspection, only when it passed the specialized inspection then next procedure can be proceed.
● 严格把好原材料质量关,按规定要求进行试验、化验。不提前使用未检验和复试的原材料。 Strictly check on the raw material, take necessary test. Material which has not been tested must not be used in advance.
● 按规定要求对构件进行焊接无损探险伤试验,节点抗拉强度试验,抗滑移系数测试。 Welding flaw detection , tensile strength and skid resistance coef. test is to be taken as per relative stipulations.

●为实现质量方针、预定目标和对顾客的承诺,将把“以质量为中心,安全第一,按期完工顺利通过竣工验收”作为本钢构工程的指导思想,并在现场建立公司、钢构项目部、施工班组三级质量管理体系。公司除加强日常检查外,同时品管部向工地派员蹲点作好材料检测,协助项目经理抓好质量工作。质量管理小组由钢构项目经理、项目技术工程师、项目质量工程师及有关技术管理人员组成,事先对各级质量管理人员制订切实可行的质量责任制,使现场质量责任制纵向到底,横向到边,形成三级质保体系网络。
To fulfill the quality policy, target and our promise to customer, our guide line for this project is ?quality is central task, safety first, on schedule completion and acceptance?. Establish company, steel structure project management team, working group 3-level management system. Besides daily inspection, material testing is also to be done on site. ● 严格实行各种原材料和配件的质量验收制度,主要材料进场必须有生产单位的出厂试验报告单或质保书,并同时具备化验单或复试单。
Strictly carry out raw material and fittings acceptance system, the main material must be delivered with ex-factory testing result or quality guarantee and chemical testing result or re-testing result.
● 各种测量仪器都应已通过相关计量部门的检测,涉及到土建与钢结构之间的关系,尽量做到它们之间的测量工具统一。
All measuring instrument should be inspected and tested by government measuring department. Measuring instrument for relative civil work and steel structure work is to be uniform.
十、成品保护
Finished work protection
● 金属面夹芯板工程在安装过程中以及工程验收前,应采取保护措施,不得损坏。 Metal surface sandwich panel is to be protected during installation and before acceptance.
● 在现场钻空.切割等作业过程中,会遗留金属屑.铆钉.铆钉芯.铁钉.螺丝钉.和废彩板.泡沫等,必须随时清除,以免磨损金属面板。
While boring and cutting, clear out metal dust, rivet, nail, screw and waste steel plate or foam to avoid damage the panel surface.

● 为防止划伤金属面夹芯板表面,安装人员在屋面作业时,不得穿金属底鞋或钉有铁钉的鞋。 To avoid scratching metal surface, installation works should not wear the shoes with metal bottom or nail. ● 施工时不得拖行金属面夹芯板,禁止在金属面夹芯板上拖行工具.配件.构件等,以防止磨损.划伤金属面夹芯板面板。
Dragging the metal panel or dragging sth. On the panel are prohibited.
● 进行电.气焊作业时,应采取措施防止电.气焊火花烧伤或烫伤金属面夹芯板表面。
While gas or electrical welding is being done, take measure to avoid spark damage the metal panel surface. ● 立体交叉作业时,严禁碰撞已施工好的金属面夹芯板屋面.墙面等。严禁将脚手架顶压在成品墙体或屋面上。
While doing intersection work, not to knock the finished roof and wall cladding. Pressing the scaffold onto the finished wall and roof is strictly prohibited.
● 金属面夹芯板施工严禁与混凝土施工交叉作业,避免水泥腐蚀金属面漆。应为某一段区域混凝土施工完毕后再进行金属面夹芯板施工作业。
Metal panel work is prohibited to be interested with concrete work, to prevent the metal finish corroded by cement.
● 金属面夹芯板属轻型屋面材料,在屋面施工中应尽量避免施工货载集中造成屋面板断裂。 Centralized load is prohibited on the roof cladding to avoid the roof panel cracking.
● 屋面工程施工完毕后,非施工人员未经施工方许可不得随意上屋面行走,且应参照施工方或生产厂家提供的[屋面工程检修指导书]进行。避免损坏屋面金属面夹芯板及收边泛水配件。
