摘 要

醇酸树脂由于综合性能好,原料广泛,不依赖石油产品,性价比高,一直以来都是产量最大的树脂之一。醇酸树脂涂料在涂料中占据重要地位,为中高档涂料的主要产品。醇酸树脂涂料是由多元醇、二元酸和植物油酯化而得的。本设计采用溶剂法制备醇酸树脂。

本设计是生产5万吨醇酸树脂涂料的车间设计,主要通过对醇酸树脂进行物料衡算,能量衡算,反应釜、兑稀罐、填料塔等工艺设备的设计及选型,从而绘制出工艺流程图、物料流程图、生产车间的立面图和平面图。同时,根据需要对车间进行设计,绘制出车间布置图。

ABSTRACT

Alky resin has been one of the largest resin because of good comprehensive performance, a wide range of raw materials and not dependent on petroleum products. Alky resin coating plays an important position in the coating and in the high-grade coating products. Alky resin paint is composed of polyol, vegetable oil and polybasic acid. The design carry solvent method to prepare to alkyd resin.

The design is to produce 50000 tons of alky resin coating and to design workshop of the alky resin coating. And the article is to design material balance, energy balance and select reaction kettle, diluted tank, packed tower and draw the process flow diagram and flow chart of materials, and workshop. According to the design of workshop of the alky resin coating, I draw a workshop layout.
