Exam is coming
As we can see in the picture, the boy is so worried about the coming exam that he feels dizzy, and even suffers from insomnia and mental illness.
It’s a fairly common phenomenon among us students. With the final examination approaching, many students are suffering from exam anxiety. Some of the students feel nervous because they are not well prepared for the exam. Some feel dizzy because they stay up too late. Others just pay too much attention to the results.
If you have these symptoms, it’s time for you to take effective measures to deal with them. Firstly, make good use of time to fully prepare your lessons. Secondly, there is no need to feel nervous when you have some bad feelings. Taking a deep breath may be helpful. Thirdly, have enough sleep before exams and you will perform well in exams.
