摘 要

本设计包括三个部分:一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。 一般部分为成庄矿1.8Mt/a新井通风与安全设计。成庄矿位于山西省晋城市西北20km处,井田南北长3.45km,东西宽9.5km,面积32.75km2。主采煤层为3号煤,平均倾角为3°,煤层平均厚度为6.00m。井田地质条件较为简单。

矿井工业储量258.37Mt,矿井可采储量173.04Mt。矿井涌水量不大,矿井正常涌水量为266m3/h,最大涌水量为395m3/h。矿井瓦斯涌出量较高,为高瓦斯矿井。煤尘无爆炸危险性。

成庄矿设计年生产能力为1.8Mt/a,服务年限为68.66a。矿井年工作日为330d,工作制度为“四六”制。井田为双斜井单水平开拓,水平标高为+610m。大巷采用胶带运输机运煤,辅助运输采用无轨胶轮车设备。矿井通风方式前期为中央并列式通风,后期可采用两翼对角式通风。工作面采用的是“U+L”型通风方式,有效解决了工作面上隅角瓦斯积聚的问题。

矿井的采煤方法为综采放顶煤一次采全高开采,工作面长度为240m。

一般部分共包括五章:1.矿区概述及井田地质特征;2.井田开拓;3.采煤方法及采区巷道布置;4.矿井通风与安全;5.安全技术措施

专题部分题目是高瓦斯矿井的瓦斯抽放及利用技术。概述了目前的瓦斯抽放方法,并以寺河矿为例着重介绍了瓦斯的利用技术。

翻译部分主要内容为矿井火灾,英文题目为:MINE FIRE

ABSTRACT

This design includes of three parts: the general part, special subject part and translated part. The general part is a new design of Chengzhuang mine. Chengzhuang mine lines in northwest of Jincheng in ShanXi province. The traffic of road and railway is very convenience to the mine. The run of the minefield is 9.5 km , the width is about 3.45 km,well farmland total area is 32.75 km2. The fifteen is the main coal seam, and its dip angle is 3 degree. The thickness of the mine is about 6.00m.

The proved reserves of the minefield are 258.37million tons. The recoverable reserves are 173.04 million tons. The normal flow of the mine is 266 m3 percent hour and the max flow of the mine is 395 m3 percent hour. The mineral well gas gushes the deal higher, for high gas mineral well. Coal doesn't contain Bang risk.

The designed productive capacity is 1.8 million tons percent year, and the service life of the mine is 68.65 years. The working system “four six ” is used in the Chengzhang mine. It produced 330d/a.

The well farmland is a single level in an inclined well to expand. The level elevation is +610 m. In earlier period ,the ventilated way under shaft is parallel ventilation and inlater period, the ventilation is decorated by subarea diagonal.The ventilation way of the working suiface is “U+L” type and this way is an efficitive solution to the gas accumulation in the corner angle.

The colliery adopts coal method is the alignment long the wall synthesizes to mechanize to adopt once the all and high method mines. The length of working-face is 240 m.

This design includes five chapters: 1.An outline of the mine field geology; 2.development engineering of coalfield; 3.The method used in coal mining and the belt area tunnel arrangement; 4.The ventilation and the safety operation of the mine; 5.The technical safety measures.

Thematic part of the topic is the gas drainage and the use of technology in High-gas coal.The part has an overview of the present gas pulls out puts the method.At the same time,in the case the SiHe mine elaborating the gas use technology.
