年产413万吨热轧板带钢车间工艺设计

摘 要

钢铁业是一个国家基础工业中非常重要的组成部分,也是国家经济发展的重要支柱。我国钢铁工业发展较快,工艺结构逐步改善,但生产专业化自动化程度低,技术不够先进等等,导致还有很多产品需要从国外进口。这些年来,随着我国的经济发展,热轧板带钢在国内市场的需求空间越来越大,为弥补我国宽带钢供应不足而设计此热轧带钢车间。

根据设计任务书要求,本车间设计年产量热轧钢卷413万t;钢种有普碳钢,优质钢和低合金钢;产品规格为1.5~25.4㎜×1000~1900㎜。

设计内容主要包括:产品方案,工艺流程,设备选择及生产能力计算,车间平面布置,环境保护等。

本车间采用常规半连轧工艺。板坯全部采用连铸坯。为减少坯料规格,简化轧制程序,采用定宽压力机。为提高产品质量,精轧机各架全采用CVC轧机。

为提高设计效率和质量;采用VB语言编制了压下规程程序;采用CAD绘制车间平面布置图。

plant process design

Abstract

Steel is a very important part of the national base-industry,it is the important pillar of nationaleconomic development. In China, steel industry is developing fast and the sructures of the process is gradually improving, however, the low automatic, insufficient specialized degree, unadvanced technology and other reasons have lead to that many products need imported from abroad.These years, with the development of economy in China, the demand of steel in every field has been greately increased. In order to make up for a wide strip in short supply, a hot rolling strip mill is designed.

According to the design plan descriptions of the requirement, the annual production workshop design about grades of hot rolled steel coils of 4.13 million tons; A kind of carbon-steel, high-quality steel and low alloy steel; The product specification for 1.5 ~ 25.4 ㎜ x 1000 ~ 1900 ㎜.

Design content mainly includes: products, process, equipment selection and production capacity calculation, workshop layout, environment protection, etc.

This workshop half the conventional rolling process. All the slab continuous casting slab. To reduce stock specifications, simplify the rolling process, USES the fixed width press. In order to improve the product quality, the frame by finishing all CVC rolling mill.

In order to improve the design efficiency and quality. The VB language under the pressure of rules program; Using CAD drawing workshop floor plan.
