摘 要

近年来,食品安全危机频繁发生,这一问题严重影响了人们的身体健康,引起了全世界的广泛关注。如何对食品有效跟踪和追溯,已成为一个,极为迫切的全球性课题。为此商务部和财务部选取了一系列城市作为开展肉菜流通追溯体系建设的试点城市,并将济南市选为第二批试点城市。

文章深入了解和研究了济南市肉菜流通追溯体系建设的项目背景和意义,详细介绍了系统开发采用的开发平台——Loushang平台,并介绍了在系统开发过程中应用的主要关键技术。同时,通过分析系统中的经营主体备案、挂失、补卡、经营主体注销、配送中心入场登记、超市入场登记、数据信息上传等业务流程,确定本系统的性能需求、管理对象需求、功能需求;并在系统需求分析的基础上,进行了系统设计,包括了对系统的总体设计、详细设计、安全性设计;之后描述了系统测试情况。最后对系统的应用现状做了简单介绍,并对本系统提出了一些改进性建议。

Jinan Meat Dishes Flow Tracing System Construction ——the Supermarket Subsystem Design and Analysis

ABSTRACT

In recent years, the frequent food safety crisis, this problem has seriously affected the people's health, caused the wide attention around the world. How to effective tracking and tracing, food has become an extremely urgent global issues. For the ministry of commerce and finance department selecting a series of cities as meat dishes circulation pilot cities for the construction of traceability system, and chose the jinan as the second batch of pilot cities.

The article deeply understand and study the jinan meat dishes flow tracing system of the construction of the project background and significance, introduced the system development platform for the development platform - Loushang, and introduces the key technology of application in the process of system development.
