摘 要

随着人们生活节奏的加快,竞争的激烈,对市场的准确把握成为企业提升竞争力的重要因素。在企业生态链中,智能仓储管理系统占据着重要地位。传统智能仓储管理系统因存在作业效率低、成本高、反应迟钝的问题不能跟上时代的发展。结合条形码、射频识别和室内定位技术的智能智能仓储管理系统,具有智能化、信息化、自动化的特性,在提高企业物资流转,提高流通效率方面发挥着重要作用。

目前市场上仓储管理水平高低不一,既有技术先进的,又有传统的智能仓储管理系统;先进的管理系统购买成本高,实施难度大,而传统的管理系统虽然成本低,但灵活性和时效性差,不能满足对商品信息的实时处理需求。因此需要开发出一套低成本能又满足客户需求的智能仓储管理系统。

本课题通过引入条形码技术提高了产品在流通环节中商品识别的速度和准确率,结合射频识别技术使批量产品的处理和数据传递具有更高的效率,室内定位技术为出库配货单的生成,捡货路线的选取提供了依据。通过对原有智能仓储管理系统的调研、记录和分析,对智能仓储管理系统需要解决的问题及其基本功能需求有一个明确的认识。通过对先进技术和管理经验的引进,重新规划仓库布局,优化作业流程,设计数据库和软件系统结构,最终开发出满足客户需求的智能化智能仓储管理系统。

智能智能仓储管理系统的实现主要包括硬件系统的和软件系统,其中硬件系统的实现是指仓储设备,电子设备和计算机系统的集成;软件系统的实现主要是指各功能模块的实现。本课题开发出来的智能智能仓储管理系统能够提高系统作业效率、提升仓储周转率、降低库存,从而节省成本、提高销售额、增加企业利润。

ABSTRACT

With the accelerated pace of life and fierce competition, accurate grasp of the market has become an important factor in enhancing their competitiveness of enterprises . In the chain of enterprise ecosystem , warehousing system occupies an important position. The presence of low work efficiency, high cost, slow, can not keep up with the times and other issues in traditional warehouse management system.. Combined with bar code, RFID and indoor positioning technology in the intelligent storage systems, It has the intelligence, automation, informationization features,it plays an important role in improving the flow enterprise material and improving circulation efficiency .

Currently on the market management level is high, with advanced technology, and the traditional warehouse management systems; the purchase of advanced management system of high cost,difficult to implement, and the traditional management system is low cost, but the flexibility and timeliness, can not meet the requirement of real-time processing of goods information. Therefore the development of a low cost and can meet the needs of customer in warehouse management system.

This problem is solved by the introduction of the bar code technology ,this technology improving the recognition speed and accuracy of product in the circulation of commodities;it allows processing of batch products and transfer of data with higher efficiency by combined with radio frequency identification technology; indoor positioning technology Provided the basis for generating the Outbound distribution list ,selecting the picking route .When the mobile transmitter reaches a predetermined position, transmitter receives an infrared signal sent by the receiver through the infrared sensor, and then transmitter transmit

ultrasonic waves to the surrounding, the receiving machine adjacent to the transmitter will be able to receive the ultrasonic signal ,through the background of the computer system will be able to calculate the position information of transmitter particular moment.Through the research, recording and analysis of original storage systems, we have a clear understanding to the questions need to be solved and the basic functional requirements . Through the introduction of advanced technology and management experience, we replaned the layout of warehouse, optimized processes, designed database and software system architecture, ultimately open up a intelligent storage systems to meet customer demand .

The realization of the intelligent warehouse system mainly includes the hardware system and software system, the implementation of the hardware system is refers to the integration of storage equipment, electronic equipment and computer system; The realization of the software system is mainly refers to the realization of each function module.Intelligent storage system this subject developed can improve the efficiency of working , improve turnover of storage , reduce inventory, thereby saving costs, increase sales and increase profits.
