摘要
树脂基复合材料具有很高的强量重量比,好的抗腐蚀、抗冲击性能等,所以在航空、航天工业等一些尖端技术中,树腊基复合材料已经逐渐被广泛的应用。纤维缠绕增强塑料制品除了具有以上的优点外,还具有可靠性高、生产效率高、材料成本低等更为突出的特点。尽管如此,纤维缠绕工艺也有它的局限性。例如,当芯模表面存在凹面时,纤维就会架空;当芯模上存在较大面积的平面时,如箱零件,在平面部分纤维的压紧力很小或几乎没有,而棱角部分的压紧力却非常大,这就导致部件的不同部分壁厚不均。正是上述纤维缠绕工艺本身不可克服的缺点促使铺放技术的产生。铺放就是通过使用压紧辊按照一定规律把纤维束直接压在芯模表面上。通常铺放头具有送料和剪切的功能,它可以根据需要在适当的地方减少或增加纤维的数量。这样不仅可以沿着弧形的路径铺放,而且可以大大节省原材料。
本文分成了三个部分,第一部分是铺放头前端的放纱过程;第二部分是铺放头中的重送过程;第三部分是铺放头中的剪切过程。本文就是研究第一部分铺放头前端的放纱过程,在这个过程中主要是要解决放纱是纤维与背衬纸的分离,也就是放卷和收卷的过程。

ABSTRACT
Resin matrix composites with high strength to weight ratio, good corrosion resistance, impact resistance, cutting-edge technology, such as in aviation, aerospace industry, tree cured composites have gradually been widely used. Filament-winding reinforced plastics products aside from the above advantages, also has a high reliability, high production efficiency, low material cost a more prominent feature. Nevertheless, the filament winding technology also has its limitations. For example, when the form when there are concave surface, fiber will be elevated when on form when there is a large plane, box parts, in the flat part of the fiber of the clamping force is very small or no, and the angular part of the clamping force is very large, this leads to uneven part wall thickness in different parts. Filament winding process itself cannot overcome the shortcomings mentioned above make placement technology. Placement is by using pressure rollers according to a certain rule directly on the form surface fibers. Shop usually has the function of feeding and cutting, and it can in the right place if you want to reduce or increase the amount of fiber. Not only does this placement along a curved path, and saving of raw materials.
This study area was divided into three parts, the first part is the placement put the yarn in the front of; in the second part is the placement of the sending process; the third part is the placement of the cutting process. First part of this paper is to study the placement front end yarn, is mainly to solve the yarn in this process is fibers separated from the back end papers, or unwinding and winding process.
