电渣重熔渣系物理化学性能的基础研究

摘 要
电渣重熔过程的炉渣性能对电渣冶金的产品质量和技术经济指标具有重要影响,而炉渣性能与炉渣组成紧密相关。实践表明,电渣冶金过程炉渣成分处于变化之中,而这种变化的机理及其影响尚缺乏系统的研究,因此,对炉渣成分变化及其对冶金性能的影响进行研究,对改进我国的电渣冶金工艺具有重要的理论和实际意义。
在对国内外相关资料分析和调研的基础上,以电渣冶金广泛使用的ANF-6(70êF2+30%Al2O3)渣为基本渣系,结合炉渣在冶金过程的成分变化,对电渣重熔过程中炉渣成分变化对熔点熔速、粘度、密度、表面张力、电导率、物相等的影响进行了研究。通过二次回归正交设计法,在实验室测定了电渣重熔炉渣的熔化温度,得出电渣重熔炉渣熔化温度与各成分之间的回归方程。利用RTW-10熔体物性测定仪,研究了炉渣成分变化对电渣重熔炉渣的粘度、密度、表面张力、电导率等物化性能的影响,得出各组分对电渣重熔炉渣粘度、表面张力、电导率等影响的强弱排序,极差分析结果和方差分析结果基本吻合。
通过对ANF-6基本渣系成分变化时电渣重熔炉渣的物理化学性能变化的测定,取得了大量的基础数据,可为电渣重熔工艺研究和工业生产实践提供指参考。 关键词:电渣重熔;炉渣组成;炉渣物理化学性能;

Fundamental Study on Physical-Chemical Properties
of the Electroslag Remelting Slags

ABSTRACT
The slag properties have great influence on the product quality, relavant technical and economic index in electroslag remelting process,and the slag properties are compactly related with the composition of the slages. It is attested that the slag composition is in changing in electroslag remelting process. The machnism and the influence to the remelting process of this change is not sufficiently studied up to now.the relavant research will be of theoretical and practical to promote electroslag remelting process.
Based on relavant references and investigation, slag ANF-6 is chosen as a basic slag. Combined with the composition change range in remelting process, the slag properties,such as melting temperature,viscosities,density,surface tension and conductivity are measured and studied. Orthogonal test designing are used to the slag melting point measurement and regression equation between slag composition and melting point are obtained. In addtion, the influence of slag composition to melting temperature,viscosities,density,surface tension and conductivity are measured and studied with RWT-10 multi-purpose equipment. The sequence of components are obtained with the influence to different properties listed above .The results of range analysis and variance analysis are well in accordance with each other .
By measurement of slag physical and chemical properties, a lot of basic data are obtained. These can be as references to further research and practicle use for process. Key words: electro-slag remelting, slag composition, slag physical and chemical
