浙江中小企业财务风险的成因及防范

摘要：中国正处于经济腾飞时期，经济结构正在发生着巨大变化，浙江亦是如此。中小企业俨然成为浙江经济快速腾飞的中流砥柱。但是企业在寻求高额的经济效益时，难免会产生一定的财务风险。所以本文的主要目的是通过研究浙江的中小企业在进行经济活动时所产生的财务风险会是何种情况。通过调查、查找资料、分析等方法找出产生财务风险的原因，再通过对原因的分析提出一系列具有借鉴意义的防范应对措施。从而分析出企业在经济活动中所出现的不足之处。在加强企业的内部管理和监管制度同时给其他中小企业在应对财务风险的时候提供一些帮助和借鉴意义。

Abstract：China is in an economic boom period, also really dramatic changes in the economic structure, the same is true of zhejiang. Small and medium-sized enterprises has become a mainstay of zhejiang's rapid economic take-off. But businesses seeking high economic benefit, hard to avoid can produce certain financial risk. So the main purpose of this paper is through the study of small and medium-sized enterprises in zhejiang province in the economic activity generated by the financial risk will be what kind of situation. Information via the investigation, find out the causes of financial risk, analysis method, and then through the analysis of the reasons put forward a series of measures to prevent be used for reference. To analyze enterprise in economic activity in deficiency, and strengthen the internal management of enterprises and the supervision system and to other small and medium-sized enterprises provide some help in dealing with financial risk, help small and medium-sized enterprises in Zhejiang in order to Provide certain reference to the enterprise operation of the financial implications.
