课程名称 课程英文名称 课程类型 课程级别 总学时 专业学位课 全系课程(硕士) 54 高等合成化学 Advanced Synthetic Chemistry 开课时间 学分 春季学期 3 高等合成化学包括无机合成和有机合成两部分。 无机部分包括:无机合成的科学地位与作用、无机合成的任务和基本问题;几种重要无机合成方法和技术及几类重要无机物质的合成;特定结构或功能无机材料的定向合成的设计原则;无机合成方法或技术最新进展。 中文内容简介 有机合成是获得新物质的主要途径。合成化学的有机合成部分简要介绍有机合成的历史、意义、应用和有机合成的基本概念,重点阐述有机合成主要的基本反应。在介绍有机合成中区域及立体选择性的控制方法和保护基团的使用后,介绍逆合成分析作为有机合成设计的方法及其应用。最后以综合的合成实例说明所讲授内容的应用。 The Section of Inorganic Synthetic Chemistry mainly covers four parts as follows: (a) briefly introduce the status and roles of inorganic synthesis in current science, and its challenging task & fundamental problems; (b) with inspiring studies as examples, illustrate several important synthetic methods/techniques and practical syntheses for several important inorganic functional materials; (c) introduce rational syntheses and design principles of inorganic materials with special structures or functions; and (d) review recent development in synthetic methods/techniques of inorganic materials. The first pare of the organic synthesis is a review of functional group transforms and basic principles including retrosynthesis and stereochemistry. Basic organic reactions are covered, including substitution reaction, addition reactions, elimination reactions, oxidation and reduction. Another part of the course focuses on making carbon-carbon bonds. It is organized fundamentally by the disconnection approach. Finally, some total syntheses of natural products were introduced.
