摘 要
随着以计算机和网络通信为核心的信息化技术的发展飞速发展，信息化浪潮势不可挡，迅速地延伸到人类生活和社会的各个方面。本文全面分析了百斯特公司信息化的现状和所面临的问题，根据当前企业发展的趋势，指明了实现公司信息化的必要性和目标。同时，针对这些问题对百斯特公司信息化管理系统提出了解决方案的系统初步构架与实施计划, 该方案运用计算机技术、网络技术和数据库技术的方法，实现了公司内部OA办公自动化系统、人力资源管理系统以及财务管理系统的搭建。最后阐述了该企业信息化的未来趋势。

Abstrat
Along with the computer and network communication as the core of the development of informationization technology rapid development, information wave unstoppable, quickly extended to human life and various aspects of society. This paper analyzes the sandhust company 100 status of informatization of and problems faced by the current enterprise development, according to the trend of informatization, points out the necessity and achieve the company goal. Meanwhile, aiming at these problems to the sandhust company information management system, and put forward the solution of the system with preliminary framework implementation plan, this scheme using computer technology, network technology and database technology method, has realized the internal OA automation system, human resource management system and the construction of the financial management system. Finally the paper explains the future trends of the enterprise's informatization.
