建筑工程项目质量管理与控制
摘 要
确保建筑工程质量，是工程设计、施工、监理工作中永恒的主题。工程质量是人们生产和生活的保障，是建筑企业生存和发展的保障，是效益的基础。因此，选择对建筑工程项目质量管理与控制作为课题进行研究，具有十分重要的现实意义。
本文首先描述我国建筑施工项目质量管理存在的问题，对质量管理的概念、基本理念、基本程序进行了明确，对建筑工程项目质量特点作了简要的概述，详细论述了建筑工程项目质量管理的方法——全面质量管理方法。阐述了全面质量管理的特点、基本思想和基本方法，然后，对建筑工程项目质量控制的概念、质量控制的过程进行阐述。对影响工程项目实体质量的五大因素（人、机械、方法、材料、环境）实施全面控制。
最后，结合实例说明质量管理与质量控制在建筑工程项目中的应用，从而提高建筑工程项目质量。

Construction Project Quality Management
and Control Abstract
To ensure the quality of construction, engineering design, construction and supervision work, the eternal theme. Quality of the project is the protection of people's production and life, survival and development of construction business protection is the basis of efficiency. Therefore, the choice of the construction project quality management and control research as a subject of great practical significance.
This paper describes the quality of our construction project management problems, the concept of quality management, basic concepts, basic procedures were clear, the quality of the construction project features a brief overview of construction projects are discussed in detail the methods of quality management - total quality management. Described the characteristics of total quality management, basic ideas and basic methods, and then, on the concept of quality control of construction projects, quality control of the process described. Entities that affect the quality of the project five factors (people, machines, methods, materials, environment) to implement comprehensive control.
Finally, Combined with examples of quality management and quality control applications in construction projects, to improve the quality of construction projects.
