设计总说明/摘要
方案设计从基地背景出发，结合当地航空城的特点，充分体现其地域特色和历史文化。从飞机的主要部件,如机翼、尾翼、螺旋桨等中提炼整合出各种形式的不规则的四边形 ，运用到平面设计中，使之在满足功能需求的同时，更具艺术表现性和自由感。从无序的空间组合到有规律的布置形成一定秩序感，形成风车状的形状，又接近于飞机的螺旋桨。
通过中庭庭院的设计，为人们提供一个自由开敞的趣味性公共活动的室内院落空间，吸引学生来到图书馆度过他们的业余时间，在中庭里形成一个有活力的交流空间，同时保证在严寒的冬季，人们也可以享受这亲近自然的时光。让图文信息中心成为花园中的建筑，建筑中的花园。在校园的中心真正成为学生活跃的中心。
在功能空间和交通上满足学生、老师的各种需求，更好地为她们服务。在阅览空间上采用更为开放的方式，开架为主，更加现代化、信息化、智能化，让学生更自由的活跃在这里。

Design Description/Abstract
Design from the base background, combined with the characteristics of the local aviation city, embody the regional characteristics and cultural history. From the main
parts of the aircraft, such as an airplane wing, wing, propeller in refining the integration of various forms of irregular quadrilateral, applied to the graphic design, so as to meet the functional needs at the same time, more artistic expression and the sense of freedom. From the spatial disorder to the regular arrangement forms a certain sense of order, forming a pinwheel shape, and close to the plane's propeller.
Through the design of atrium garden, providing a free and open interest public activities for people's indoor courtyard space, attract students come to the library to spend their spare time, form a vibrant exchange space in the atrium, at the same time guarantee in the cold winter, people can also enjoy the close to nature. Let the information center into garden buildings, buildings in the garden. Become students active center in the centre of the campus.
To meet the requirement of the students, the teacher in space and transportation, and better for their services. In the reading space by more open, more modernization, informationization, intelligent, make students more free active here.
