摘 要
随着计算机及网络技术的飞速发展，Internet应用在全球范围内日益普及，当今社会正快速向信息化社会前进，信息系统的作用也越来越大。越来越多的企业为了适应信息革命的要求，提高自身的竞争力，正打算或正在建立符合企业特色的办公自动化信息系统。
办公自动化(OffficeAutomation，简称OA)是将现代化办公和计算机网络功能结合起来的一种新型的办公方式，是当前新技术革命中一个非常活跃和具有很强生命力的技术应用领域，是信息化社会的产物口通过网络，组织机构内部的人员可跨越时间、地点协同工作。通过以系统所实施的交换式网络应用，使信息的传递更加快捷和方便，从而极大地扩展了办公手段，实现了办公的高效率。
本文通过ASP技术，实现了企业办公过程的系统化、规范化、无纸化和自动化。本论文实现的办公自动化系统具体功能有文件上传，议题讨论，系统管理，修改个人信息，互通信息，公告信息，发送简讯，邮件等功能。其中议题讨论可以发表议题，查看议题，这个功能类似于一个论坛。公告信息可以看见主题，发布人，公布日期等。根据用户的权限可以查看到不同的内容，管理员可以看见用户信息，系统日志，可以看见哪个用户在什么时间登陆到本办公自动化系统，以及用户做了哪些事件。根据上站次数，可以评比优秀职员。互通信息功能可以方便的实现在线的用户互相发送消息和信件。
本系统按照用户类型分成不同的权限，各自有不同的功能，管理权限可进行读、写、修改、删等功能，写权限可进行读、写功能，读权限只能看，不能进行其他功能。而有些系统功能，则不分权限，任何系统用户都可以用。本系统代码阶段实现以后，进行了大量的测试工作。 关键词： 办公自动化，ASP，软件工程，数据库

ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of the computers and the Internet,the Internet is popularized day by day world-wide.Nowadays,our society is Heading for the information age with agreat speed.The information system Becomes much more important.In order to meet the needs of the information System and be more competitive in the world market,more and more Corporation sare designing or establishing their Office Automation systems Which can properly show their characters.
The Office Automation(OA) is an ewway of office work which Combines the modem office work with the Internet.This technology is the Result of the information age which is very competitive in the present Technological revolution.Through the Internet,the staff can cooperate with Each other without the limitation of the time and place.Switched Network,it Not only makes the transmission of the information much quicker and more convenient,butextends the way of the office work and makes the office work much more efficient.
Through the technology of the ASP,this dissertation discusses the Questions about the system atization,standardization,paperless，and Automation of the office work.The OA system achieved through the Dissertation has many specific functions,including up loading documents, Discussing topics,system management,editing personal information, Exchanging information,issuing information,sending messages and mail sand soon.Among these,you can releaseor check through topics for discussion with the function of discussing topics,which is similar to aforum.You can also view the subject,the issuer and the date of issuance.According to the user'sauthority,you can look different contents.The administrator can see the user's information and his system journal.He can also see when the user lands to the OA system and what the user does there.Besides these,Excellent

Staff will be awarded according to the times he lands to the system.The function of exchanging information makes it more convenient for the users on line to send messages and mails to each other.
According to the user type,the system endues them with different Authorities and different functions.The user who has the management. Authority can read,write,edit and leave out information.The user with the Writing authority can carry out the reading and writing function while the user With the reading authority can carry on none of the functions except the Reading one.However,some system functions have no authority limit and can Beused by any system users.
