【摘要】 相互保险公司是保险主体的重要组成部分。与股份保险公司相比，它具有自保、分红及非赢利等性质，并能以低成本提供保险服务。本文通过对我国农业保险发展现状的分析，探讨了相互保险公司在我国农业领域发展的可能性与必要性，并在分析评价阳光农业相互保险公司营运模式的基础上，探讨如何构建我国相互农业保险公司的具体营运模式及其配套措施。

【Abstract】 Mutual insurance company is an important part of the international insurance market. Comparing with joint-stock insurance companies, it has the nature of non-profit and so on. Meanwhile, mutual insurance companies are able to provide low-cost insurance service to the policy-holders. On the basis of the analysis of the current development of China's agricultural insurance, this paper explores the possibility and necessity of developing agricultural mutual insurance company in China. In the end, on the basis of the analysis and evaluation of the operating mode of the Sunshine Agricultural Mutual Insurance Company, this paper brings forward the idiographic mode of operations and supporting measures for the agricultural mutual insurance company.
