6.2计算主梁

按构造计算荷载,以[20槽钢作主梁,长3.9m。 外侧主梁的支座反力为:

22 为安全计,按第二道钢丝绳不起作用,所以拉结的槽钢也不起作用考虑,

得等效均布荷载为4691.8N/0.5m=9383.6N/m [20槽钢自重260×1.2=312 N/m 荷载设计值为 9383.6+312=9695.6N/m

外侧主梁弯矩为

[20槽钢截面抵抗矩为Wn=191㎝3

Wnf=191×215=41065 N·m>18433.8 N·m ∴安全 6.3钢丝绳验算

每个侧面采用两根6×37+1直径24.5㎜的钢丝绳。现仅以外侧一根受力作计

算。取钢丝绳强度极限为1700N/㎜2,其破断拉力总和为358kN,换算系数

0.82。取钢丝绳夹角为45°。

主梁上等效均布荷载标准值为4691.8/0.5=9383.6 N/m [20槽钢自重260 N/m 荷载标准值 96956 N/m

钢丝绳所受拉力为

钢丝绳的安全系数为 K=358000×0.82/27009=10.87 ∴安全 6.4拉环计算

拉环采用Ⅰ级钢筋制作,严禁使用冷加工钢筋,拉环埋入深度不应小于30d并应焊接或绑扎钩住结构主筋,每个拉环可按两个截面计算,拉环应力不应大于50N/㎜2。

选φ20,A=314㎜2>270.09㎜2 ∴安全
