摘 要

本设计的目的是用威驰汽车的车身电器制作一个实验台,此实验台可以模拟电源及起动系、照明系、信号系统及辅助电器系统的实际工作情况。通过实际的演示和排除故障的过程使学生对每个电器元件和整个电器系统更加深刻的理解,从而达到理论联系实际的目的。

本设计首先在符合本次设计基本要求的基础上,确定了总体设计方案。采用威驰汽车电器系统,电动机和蓄电池为实验台提供电源。本次设计中,主要完成了台架及板面的设计、充电系统动力源设计、元件布局、实验台电器元件接线等工作。

ABSTRACT

This design with the purpose of making a carriage with the electronic of the Corolla car, the function of this set is that imitate the actual work circumstance of the charging system, the illumination system, the signal system and the meter system .by practice demonstrate and the process of expel breakdown, student can deepen the knowledge of each electronic component and entire electronic system, thereby attain the goal of integrate theory with practice.

This design is based on the basic requirements first,and then confirm the total design project.Adopt the electric appliances system of the corolla car, electric motor and storage battery to provide power supply for the experiment pedestal.In this design,mainly complete the design of experiment pedestal and flat piece, charging system , the composition of component and the connection of electric appliances component.
