摘 要
本设计以工程量清单计价的基本原理为依据，通过对《GB50500-2013建设工程工程量清单计价规范》，《GB50855-2013建筑及装饰工程工程量计算规范》及2015年《四川省建设工程工程量清单计价定额》的解读，以《西南地区建筑标准设计通用图集》、《国家建筑标准设计图集11G101-1》、《国家建筑标准设计图集11G101-2》、《国家建筑标准设计图集11G101-3》及四川省相关文件为参考，完成了泸职院6#学生宿舍土建工程的工程量清单，并根据2015年《四川省建设工程工程量清单计价定额》和其他相关资料运用四川宏业清单计价软件进行工程量清单计价，最终确定泸职院6#学生宿舍土建工程的招标控制价为7096496.53元，单位造价为1490.23元，并进行了各主要经济、技术和消耗量指标的分析。

ABSTRACT
This design was based on the basic principle of the quantities bill valuation, across the \project quantities list valuation specification\GB50500-2013, and then in a variety of atlas, specification for reference, finishing the Luzhou Vocational and Technical College, 6 student hostel building engineering of the bill of quantities and tender control price. And according to the 2015 \province construction engineering quantities bill valuation quota\and other relevant materials as well as macro industry in sichuan list valuation software to carry on the bill of quantities valuation.Eventually determine the Luzhou Vocational and Technical College, 6 student hostel building project tender control price is 7096496.53 yuan, the unit cost of 1490.23 yuan, and has carried on the analysis of major economic, technology and consumption index .
