摘 要
土霉素生产过程包括发酵、酸化、过滤、脱色、结晶、干燥几个主要工段。本次设计为800 t/a土霉素生产车间脱色、结晶(间歇)、干燥工段的设计。对土霉素的生产工艺过程进行了物料衡算和热量衡算,进而进行了设备选型,最终绘制了物料流程图,工艺管道及仪表流程图,设备的平、立面布置。发酵工段需要一级发酵、二级发酵和三级发酵得到发酵液,然后经过盐酸的酸化后再经过板框过滤机过滤进行脱色、结晶、干燥制成成品。本次设计任务的主要工段是脱色、结晶和干燥。脱色装置采用大孔交换树脂进行三组3罐脱色;结晶过程可采用间歇和连续结晶两种,结晶关系到产品的分离和提纯,本次设计选择间歇结晶的方法。结晶后将结晶液通入离心机中进行离心处理,最后将离心处理后所得的湿物料通入到干燥车间进行干燥,生产出合格的产品。

Abstract
The several major public paragraphs including fermentation, acidification, filters, discoloring, the crystallization and dry in oxytetracycline production process. This design is that the public paragraph of discoloring and crystallization of oxytetracycline production workshop of 350t/a. Doing material accountancy and heat balance and for the production process of oxytetracycline. We determine the site selection and equipment selection and so on by calculating. Finally we draw the material flow chart, process piping and flow chart meters, equipment list and the level, facade layout of the workshop equipment.After the first fermentation, secondary fermentation and third fermentation develop cracks fermentation liquor, then after the acidification hydrochloric acid it is filter into the frame, and decolorization conducted, crystal, dry and the finally manufacturing the finished products. The main section is decolorization and crystallization in this design. Used the decolorization devices of large-exchange resins to group 3 . There are two kind of crystal ways, the first one is crystal intermittent and the second one is continuous crystallization. Crystallization related to separation and purification of products, we used the continuous crystallization in this design. Put the liquid crystal centrifugalde into the centrifuge after the crystal. Finally we will obtain the wet materials after centrifugalde dryde into the drying workshop, and finally we product the qualified products.
