摘 要
浮法玻璃是现如今生产平板玻璃的广范使用方法，并且原料车间又是浮法玻璃生产过程中的最为主要的环节。本设计是450t/d浮法玻璃原料车间工艺的初步设计，其主要是对浮法玻璃原料车间的设计方案和工艺流程进行阐述。原料车间的核心任务就是把质量和粒度都符合要求的粉料经破碎、筛分等工艺流程制备成制定玻璃品种生产过程中所需的配合料，并最终送进窑头进行熔制。该环节过程中的精准配料和生产过程中的稳定运行决定了所生产玻璃质量的优劣。因此在浮法玻璃原料车间设计中工艺方案的确定和装备设备的选取尤为重要。对于原料车间内的合理化布局，每一部分的紧密衔接都是保证玻璃质量的关键，本设计中主要叙述了现如今玻璃行业的发展情况和存在的问题，原料成分的选取和配比计算，设备选取和经济效益等部分，最后通过手绘和CAD绘图俩种方式对原料车间的整体布局进行了绘制。整个设计的内容完整，结合了生产过程中的实际情况，对实际生产有一定的指导意义。

ABSTRACT
Float glass is the production of flat glass is now a wide range of use, and workshop materials is the most major part of the float glass production process. The design is a process of preliminary design of the 450t / d float glass workshop materials, which is mainly described the design and process of float glass workshop materials. The core task of the workshop materials to meet the requirements of quality and particle size powder by crushing and screening process was prepared with the materials needed in the development of varieties of glass production process, and ultimately sent to the kiln head melting. The link in the process of precise ingredients and production processes in the stable operation of the quality of glass produced by the pros and cons. Therefore, the process scheme for the design of the float glass workshop materials and equipment, equipment selection is particularly important. Rationalized within the workshop materials, each part of closely co-ordinated to ensure that the key to glass quality, now is now glass sectors of the economy and the problems are mainly described the design, selection of ingredients and the ratio calculation, equipment selection and economic benefits, part of the last hand-painted and CAD drawing two ways the overall layout of the workshop materials were drawn. The contents of the integrity of the entire design, combined with the actual situation in the production process, some guidance on the actual production.
