设计的主要目的:掌握一般机械产品设计的方法及规律;掌握橫轴式掘进机截割部的设计步骤。

设计内容为履带式半煤岩掘进机设计。在此,主要进行了掘进机的整体功能设计和掘进机截割部的结构设计。在整体设计中,本设计主要对掘进机的装载系统、物料输送系统、行走系统、液压系统,以及机架和回转台等主要系统和部件进行功能设计,确定其主要的功能参数。

设计对掘进机截割部进行了详细的设计、计算。掘进机采用橫轴式掘进机截割部。在设计中,主要对掘进机行走部和截割部减速器等进行了详细的设计、计算。

本掘进机截割部设计的主要特点是:

(1)用三级齿轮传动加惰轮的方式增加了掘进机截割部的长度,满足了掘进机截割部的长度要求,并且避免了最后一级齿轮因直径过大而和掘进头产生干涉。 (2)第一级使用锥齿轮传动,满足了橫轴式掘进机截割部需要改变传动方向的要求。 此外,本设计还对半煤岩掘进机的特点和发展概况进行了简单介绍,对掘进机拆运安装和调整,掘进机的井下组装以及掘进机的检修和维护保养作了简单介绍。

ABSTRACT

The main purpose for this design is as follows: to know how to design a digging Machine; to master the way to design the crossing axis digging part of the digging machine.

The thing of this design is a digging machine which is used to cut coal and moved by chain, this design mainly about the function of all of the parts of the machine and the structure of the digging part. In the design of the whole machine, this article is mainly about the taking system, the carrying system, the walking system, the liquid system and the machine structure and so on.

The article mainly talk about the structure of the digging part, this digging part is a crossing axis digging part. In this article, the walking system and the speed reducing machinery are carefully designed. The characteristic of the digging part are as follows:

(1)Three couple of gears are used in the speed reducing machinery to add the length of the digging part and because this way of design, the intervention of the gear and the digging head can be avoid.

(2)The cone gears are used in the first couple of the gears it fill the need of the aspect changing of the digging part.

Furthermore the article also talks about the digging machine’s earmark and the history of the digging machine, and this article also talks about the dismantling and fixing of the machine, the checking and repairing of the machine.
