摘要：建筑节能直接关系到国家资源战略、可持续发展和环境保护，是建筑业一项重要、紧迫而又艰苦的任务，应值得全社会重视。本文介绍了节能建筑现状，重点从墙体节能、门窗节能、屋面节能等几个方面分析了建筑节能设计与施工质量控制。 关键词：建筑节能;设计;施工;质量
