动态脑电图对昏迷病人预后的评估价值研究
摘要
目的：分析昏迷患者的脑电图构型，及不同脑电图与昏迷程度的关系及其对昏迷预后的评估价值。
方法：采用床旁脑电图动态监测昏迷患者的脑功能、采用格拉斯哥昏迷量表评分（ＧＣＳ）对昏迷患者进行评估，观察昏迷患者随访1个月时的临床结局，对脑电图、格拉斯哥昏迷量表评分（ＧＣＳ）及随访1个月时的临床结局进行相关性分析，分析昏迷患者的脑电图构型，及不同脑电图与昏迷程度的关系及其对昏迷预后的评估价值。
结果：昏迷患者脑电图异常分级与Glasgow评分呈负相关，脑电图分级越高病人的预后越差。本研究脑电图异常包括了慢波型、α昏迷型、β-昏迷型、平坦波型及爆发-抑制型。
结论：床边脑电图监测对评估昏迷病人预后有确定价值。 关键词：床边脑电图，昏迷，预后，评估价值

brain function, using the Glasgow Coma Scale score (GCS) to evaluate the coma patients, observe the clinical outcome of coma patients were followed up at 1 months, on EEG, Glasgow Coma Scale score (GCS) and the clinical outcome at 1 months of follow-up analysis of the correlation, analysis EEG of coma patients, and the relationship between the different value of EEG and coma degree and evaluation of prognosis of coma
Results:
Negative correlation of coma patients with abnormal EEG
classification with the Glasgow score, the higher the EEG grading prognosis patients worse. In this study, including the abnormal EEG slow wave type, alpha, beta coma coma type, flat type wave and burst suppression type
