结束语

由于动叶片的加工质量直接影响汽轮机的使用性能及安全,通过实践证明,以上加工工艺过程,能达到动叶片的加工质量要求,且在满足了生产质量的前提下,实现了批量生产,效率高,满足了批量生产要求,并尽量使工程设备的使用率提高,降低了生产成本,在数控铣削型线时,可以根据实际击穿的性能通过编程软件调试切削深度和进给量,这样可以提高生产效率,并且能保护机床。

由于叶片生产加工要求比较高,且是批量生产,在生产中应该严格执行5S管理系统中的要求,操作人员严格按照工艺文件要求以及操作规程,检验人员应该严格按照工艺图纸要求检测工件每个工序质量。只有这样,才能保证产品质量。
