Under the direction of socialist market economic theory,through the analysis of current situations of highway freight transport market of Heilongjiang province, this thesis discusses the developing patterns and the organization forms of intermediary service of freight transport and transferring ways of the related information and provides the construction objects and the index system of building freight transport yard, according to the position of central city and the characteristics of its freight market.
