6.4 Baffles折流板
(1) Baffle type折流板类型

(2)Baffle cut(% of diameter)折流板切割率
弓形折流板切去的圆缺高度一般是壳体内径的10~40%,常用值为20%~25%,该系统可设置15 to 45% of shell diameter (single segmental)。(可选15%,25%,35%,45%)。现在通用的高度为直径的25%。实际上在相同压力降时,圆缺高度为直径的20%的折流板将获得最好的传热效果。
(3)Baffle cut orientation折流板切割方向
Horizontal水平、Vertical垂直、Rotated旋转,此处选水平。
折流板有横向折流板(Horizontal)和纵向折流板(Vertical)两类,单壳程换热器仅需设置横向折流板,多壳程换热器不但需要设置横向折流板,而且需设置纵向折流板将换热器分为多壳程结构。
