I have many healthy habits. First of all, I do morning exercises every morning. I go running for half an hour every morning. And I often walk upstairs or downstairs. After breakfast I ride a bike to school instead of taking a bus. Second, I have meals regularly, and have a balanced diet. I eat fruit, vegetables, fish and meat every week. I like eating apples best. I don’t like eating chocolate or sugar. Third, I always remember: early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy. So I go to bed early and get up early too. I think it is good for my health.
