以BIS,AAI等麻醉深度检测技术为反馈信息的闭环靶控输注系统近年也已用于临床,使TCI系统给药个体化,对麻醉的调控更加精确。然而,BIS、AAI等反馈系统的应用局限性限制了闭环TCI技术的发展。靶控输注系统设备及全凭静脉用药费用均较高,这也是限制靶控输注技术临床普及的一大障碍。未来TCI系统的发展应该进一步完善闭环输注系统,增加闭环输注系统参数与病人的匹配性和反馈系统的应用范围,降低TCI系统设备和静脉麻醉用药的成本。
