二、 小升初英语阅读题型复习攻略

在广州小升初考试中,语数英是必考的,如果对于英语特色学校来说,英语的分值甚至比的上数学的分值。而就英语考题来说,阅读题型占有的比例是很大的, 阅读是主动地、积极地获取信息的创造行为,是培养学生通过视觉感知书面文字符号并获取信息能力的途径,更是提高听、说、写能力的有力杠杆,它在英语学习中起着至关重要的作用。那么从哪些方面提高阅读能力?

(一)平时要注意词汇和习惯用法的积累,阅读过程中难免会遇到生词,但大量的生词会严重影响阅读的速度和对文章的理解的准确度。

(二)平时要巩固语法知识,阅读文章中涵盖有大量的语法信息,如何对语法信息不理解,会影响对句子的理解,会影响对上下文的理解,从而造成对文章理解的偏差。

(三)阅读时要注意培养语感,语感好的人,理解力就强,阅读的速度就快。阅读时要留心词语的搭配,即惯用法。必要时可用笔划一划或记下来。读完每一篇文章,都应总结归纳一下,积累了多少单词,惯用法和句型,这样语感自然就会好起来。

(四)掌握有效的阅读技巧,比如:skimming和scanning这两种常见的阅读技巧。阅读时要注意加以练习。

(五)要注意养成良好的阅读习惯,阅读时要去掉杂念,心绪要安定,精神要专一,良好的阅读习惯+好的阅读技巧会让你事倍功半。

(六)要注意提高阅读速度,从另一个方面来说,考的是考试速度。慢读是不行的。因此做阅读理解时,要注意培养自己快速阅读的习惯。

提高阅读能力,只要坚持正确的阅读方法,培养兴趣,广泛阅读,积累词汇,并且养成良好的阅读习惯,阅读理解能力一定会逐步提高。

四、 支招:提高英语阅读能力的四大方法

英语阅读题是在英语考试中占分非常大的一块!如果你希望能够趁着寒假提高英语阅读能力,以下的一些方法也许能够帮助你哦!!

一、扎实听说能力,才能从本质上提高阅读水平;

读和听力一样,是语言材料的“输入”,没有足够的“输入”,就不可能有“输出”——“说”和“写”。“听”不但是说的基础,还是阅读的基础。之所以能读懂,是因为事先能听懂。比如,How old are you?这个句子,我们之所以能读懂,是因为在阅读过程中,我们把文字符号转化为声音符号读出来了,而这个声音符号是我们事先能听懂的。如果原本就听不懂这个句子,那么,哪怕你每个一单词的中文意思都很清楚,你很有可能会误读,如: How (怎么)are(是)you(你)? How(怎么)old(老)are(是)you(你)?

哪怕不是误读,你也会因为要逐字翻译、分析句子结构等等,读了很辛苦、很乏味。 因此,在阅读之前,一定要充分地“听”,听得越多,词汇量越大,语感越强,以后阅读起来就越得心应手。这就是我们常说的“磨刀不误砍柴工”。

所以,我个人认为,如果是一年级开始学英语的,已经有了一定的听说基础、语感和词汇量,小学三年级可以渐渐步入简单的阅读了。

听,是为了“说”和更好地“读”。听力的训练,应该贯穿英语学习的始终,尤其是整个小学阶段,都应该以听、说为主要任务。因此,强烈建议家长们给孩子购买有声读物,读完了可听,听完了可读,或边听边读,直到听熟、会背,争取以后在听别的文章,碰到同样的单词或句型时,能够一听就懂。此外,听还有助于记住生词的发音,有助于形成语感。 因此,最有效的阅读方式是,把阅读能力的提高、听力的提高、词汇量的扩大、语感的形成、语音语调的规范紧密结合起来,达到语言综合能力的全面发展。 二、什么是sight word?对阅读有什么帮助?

sight word,顾名思义,就是指“一sight(看见),就能马上拼读出来的单词”。熟悉这些单词的作用在于,它们是常见词,而且其中有些不符合发音规律,无法通过自然拼音正确读出来。如果这部分单词能够一见到就拼读出来,就会大大提高阅读速度,从而提高阅读兴趣。要知道,英语中,最常见的前25个单词,构成了所有阅读文章中1/3的内容,最常见的100个单词构成了50%的内容,最常见的300个单词65%的内容。

那么,怎么去掌握这些sight word呢?专门去背这个词汇表吗?不是,应该在孩子开始阅读第一本书时,就边读边掌握。 三、怎样更好地通过阅读积累词汇?

阅读和听力一样,是积累词汇的最佳手段(孤立地背单词是完全行不通的)。

在阅读过程中,家长可以把孩子原来不认识的生词,或犹豫片刻才拼读出来的单词,单独写在书的边边角角(尤其是前面第四点中提到的sight word),等孩子把文章读熟后,再单独朗读这些单词,或者用英文黑体字(Arial Black字体)和很大的字号(小初号)打印出来,贴在客厅的墙上,以便经常利用零碎的时间让孩子拼读。做到下次阅读别的文章,看到同样的单词,能够马上拼读出来,并知道大概意思,孩子的阅读速度、阅读能力就会渐渐提高,词汇量也会慢慢扩大。

为什么要单独拿出来读呢?除了强调以外,还有一个很重要的原因:在读课文时,孩子因为听熟、读熟了,在上下文中顺着就能不假思索地读出来,并没有动脑筋去拼,去想,而单独拿出来,脱离了前言后语,可能就不知道怎么读,什么意思了。 四、文章中的生词,要不要刻意去背拼写和中文意思呢?

这些单独写出来的词,不需要刻意背拼写和中文意思,但要做到下次看到就能读出来并知道大致意思。因为刻意去背,虽然记住了,但因为不使用,过几天就会忘记,而且孩子学英语的兴趣可能也会在背单词中渐渐消磨,倒不如把用于背单词的时间用在阅读上,通过单词在文章中的复现,自然而然地记住常用词的拼写。这样记单词的好处是,记住拼写的同时,中文意思、单词的用法也就一起记住了,而且通过这种方法记住的单词,不容易忘记。 所以,阅读和听说读写的能力是相互帮助的!如果孩子忘记单词的中文意思,可以从文章中把含有这个单词的那个句子,甚至是整篇文章找出来,让她再读一遍,孩子一读原句,马上就明白单词的含义了,多反复几遍,中文意思自然就记住了。提高英语阅读,既能提高单词的记忆程度,也可以在考试中拿下占分很大的阅读部分!
