中美农产品贸易摩擦的原因及对策

中美两国农业处于不同的发展阶段，农业体质和政策也有很大差别，但是农业在两国均占有重要地位，两国均十分重视发展农产品对外贸易。近年来，中美农产品贸易虽然发展势头良好，但是它也存在诸多问题，例如中美农产品贸易逆差问题、针对中国农产品出口的绿色壁垒和技术壁垒、反倾销问题等调查等。当前中美农产品贸易格局的形成，既有经济上的原因也有政治上的原因，既有农业本身的问题，也有农业以外的问题，中美农产品贸易不断呈现新的特点，农产品贸易存在的争端也是中美双边贸易摩擦的焦点之一。本文以发现问题—分析问题—解决问题的逻辑入手，层层递进，从中美农产品贸易的比较中发现问题，分析中美农产品贸易摩擦的原因，最后提出一些初步的对策和建议。

Between China and the United States is different at stages of development of agriculture, the agricultural policy constitution and there are great differences in the two countries, but agriculture are occupies an important position, the two countries are very great importance to the development of foreign trade of agricultural products. In recent years, the agricultural products trade although momentum of development is good, but it also has many problems, such as: the agricultural products trade deficit problem, according to China's agricultural product export of the green barriers and technical barriers, anti-dumping investigation on the current problems, the agricultural products trade pattern formation, both economic reasons and political reasons, both agriculture itself, there are also other than agriculture, the agricultural products trade is continuously presents new characteristics, and agricultural products trade dispute between China and the United States are also one of the focus of the bilateral trade friction. This paper found that the problem - analysis, solve the problem of logic, each progression from China and the United States, the trade of farm produce in comparison to discover a problem, analyze the causes, from the comparison and analysis of the attempt from China's agricultural trade policy adjustment puts forward some preliminary Suggestions.
