regulation range of labor law is changing from standard labor relation to non-standard labor relation, from subordination or dependence to half-subordination or half-dependence .Therefore,it’s necessary for our labor law to go beyond the thinking model between subordinate workers and self-employed workers which is dual-opposite, namely either this or that and introduce immediately a new concept of employee-like employees to adapt society's development.
