泳池结构施工方案
一、工程概况
MULBERRY LANE项目由capitaland（集团）越南公司投资兴建，位于河内市河东郡纸桥新城区，总建筑面积25.2平方米。总共5栋建筑群，含一层地下室，其中1#35层、B#、D#27层、C#楼均为32层，建筑高度99.30米，6#楼25层，建筑高度78.30米，7#楼公寓17层，建筑高度51.80米。
本工程整个首层游泳池区域设计图形复杂，施工难度较大。根据基础承台的标高，将该区域划分为四个浇筑区进行施工。1区为平衡水箱区域（balance tank）承台底标高为4.10m；2区为泳池区域（swimming pool）承台底标高大部为5.54m；3区为莲花池区域（lotus pond），承台底标高4.925至7.09m不等；基础全部采用预制方桩基础，承台底板下采用素土夯实，浇筑50厚C15素砼垫层。游泳池底板厚度250mm，配筋为双层双向T16 @200；平衡水箱底板厚度300mm，配筋为双层双向T12 @200。基础承台、梁、板的砼强度等级为C35，素混凝土垫层混凝土等级C15.
二、施工步骤及程序
针对本工程泳池区域的结构特点，结合施工现场的场地条件，先施工1区水箱地下承台（底标高4.10m），开挖至承台底4.05m标高浇筑50厚垫层，采用砖胎模作为承台模板；砖胎模施工完毕后回填海砂至水箱底板垫层底标高4.4m，然后施工水箱底板素混凝土100厚垫层。绑扎承台、水箱底板、水箱墙体钢筋并验收；用散拼模板支撑系统支设水箱墙体至泳池底板标高下10cm处，并预埋止20cm高水钢板，钢板中心线为水池底板底标高下10cm（5.94m）。钢筋模板验收通过后，承台、底板、墙体混凝土同时浇筑，混凝土浇筑时顶标高即为5.94m高度，保留钢板上半部不浇筑，与下次泳池底板同时浇筑达到止水效果。
开挖施工时，2区大面积开挖至泳池地梁垫层底标高处。然后人工配合小型机械开挖承台标高至垫层底标高，施工承台及地梁50厚素混凝土垫层。在1区水箱施工的同时2区、3区开始施工承台地梁砖胎模；1区地下部分施工

完毕至标高5.94m后，开始回填砂施工，第一次回填高度为泳池垫层底标高5.94m。回填及砖胎模完毕后2区、3区开始浇筑底板垫层，垫层为100厚素混凝土。对于2区泳池区域、1区水箱区域，为达到最好的防水效果，同时节约施工成本，将采用泳池墙体（高度1.325m）与底板，水箱墙体与顶板同时浇筑的方案。
钢筋及模板系统验收通过后，一次性浇筑泳池承台、地梁、底板、泳池墙体、水箱墙体、水箱顶板。此次浇筑为泳池施工方案中，最为重要的步骤，现场一定要确保浇筑质量、安排专人值班指挥浇筑，为保证混凝土施工安全有序、保质保量，特制定此施工方案，现场必须一丝不苟的执行。
1 General
The swimming pool area we devote 3 zone for cast concrete. Zone1 is balance tank area , bottom level of pile cap is 4.10m;zone2 is swimming pool area , bottom level of pile cap is 5.54m;zone3 is rest pool and deck area, bottom level of pile cap is from 5.445m to 7.020m .All foundations is pre-cast square pile ,the lean concrete curtain layer is 50mm C15 for pile cap/slab/beam.The thickness of slab in Swimming pool is 250mm,The thickness of slab in Swimming pool is 300mm,beams /pile caps/slabs all concrete are C35.
2 Construction Steps
1)Base on the site conditions we excavate zone1 first,please follow the construction steps

三、Formwork and support system 1）、使用材料及要求
1、本区段模板工程使用的主要的材料及使用范围：
地下室墙、柱、梁均采用1830×915×18的涂层模板，模板进场后进行严格选材，模板不得有鼓泡、分层、翘曲变形。
松木枋：50×90（规格有2000、2500、4000）、90×90（规格有4000），用于梁、板底垫木、墙柱竖向角部背楞；
φ48×3.5钢管(规格有1500、2000、2500、3000、6000、4500)、扣件，用于模板支撑架、局部墙体横背楞等。
8#槽钢用于墙柱横背楞；
φ12防水螺杆、φ12高强螺杆、螺母、垫片、墙体对拉夹具； 胶杯、胶管：穿墙柱套管、铁钉、铁线。地下室外墙的穿墙螺杆中间加焊40×40mm、3mm厚的止水钢片，则不需要套管。
顶托、法兰螺栓:调节墙、柱垂直度等。 胶带、泡沫板：用于梁、板、柱拼缝处。

（1）材料的进场必须有材料员和质检员的共同签字才可进入现场。质检人员从进场材料中抽取样本对所进材料进行检测，拒绝接收满足不了施工质量要求的材料。以下材料定为宜退场材料：
木枋：边角料、有虫纹而且缺陷较多、弯曲变形、损伤较严重、未经加工的木枋厚度差值超过±4㎜、经过刨制后的木枋厚度差值超过±2㎜；

胶合板：四角不平、损伤较严重、暴皮、掉漆、厚度差值超过±2㎜； 钢管：弯曲变形、有缺陷、锈蚀、端口不平的钢管。 扣件：有裂纹、丝帽松口。
（2）从其它工地运到本工地的木枋、层板，必须把钉子、砼渣清理干净才可进场，并检查木枋的规格，按照50×90、90×90规格进行分类堆放、使用。重复使用的层板上的孔洞必须订铁皮封堵后方可使用。 3、施工材料的控制:
（1）进入施工现场的新层板、木枋、钢管堆放在指定地点。由材料部、工长发放给班组，班组按照已经定好的数量领取，材料发给班组以后由班组自己管理。
（2）在施工现场禁止使用手提电锯、台锯，只可以使用手锯，层板在加工房统一加工成半成品，墙体模板丝杆眼必须按钻孔图来弹线钻孔。钻孔在同一部位、同一尺寸的情况下做好标示编号。

（3）施工班组没有现场工长的同意，不得对整张层板、整条木枋、规格的钢管进行切割，项目部一但发现有此类情况发生将进行严惩。
（4）施工班组拼模时按照项目部已编制好的拼模方案对层板、木枋进行切割、拼装。
（5）按规定经切割以后剩下的小块层板拼成小定型模板（如下图）用于指定部位的墙、板模板。
