(3)工程的建设采用技术先进、安全可靠、适应性强、经济合理、投资省、并与国内类似工程相一致的工艺、材料与设备。材料与设备选型应采用质量可靠、经济合理的国内外先进产品。

(4)工程设计执行《生活垃圾卫生填埋技术规范》(CJJ17-2004),《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准》(GB16889-2008)等国家相关规范以及某、XX地方相关规范、标准及规定。 2.2.3 编制范围

本次可行性研究报告的编制范围为XX县某生活垃圾及粪便无害化处理工程,建设内容包括:

(1)垃圾填埋库区工程,包括库区地基处理、防渗、地表水导排、渗沥液与地下水收集导排、填埋气体导排及处理、填埋作业;

(2)渗沥液处理工程:包括调节池、渗沥液处理设施; (3)粪便预处理工程:包括粪便预处理系统、上清液排放系统等;

(4)配套工程:综合管理用房、机修车间、车库、填埋作业材料堆棚、门卫、监测井、洗车场、加油站、消防水池等。
