In the case of production half of the cell, this effect can be achieved and better level in the industry. 50,000 tons of electrolytic modification process, from preliminary study to equipment selection, cost control, project progress, quality control and coordination among the various sub-projects and various professional, technical command under the correct leadership, both from an overall perspective, emphasis on integrity, and earnestly implement the relevant laws and regulations, strictly act according to the contract. XX县境内主要河流有淮河、怀洪新河、新汴河、濉河、汴河、徐洪河、民便河等,都从西北向东南流入洪泽湖。 2.3.2.2气象

XX县属于北暖温带半湿润季风气候区,四季分明,多年平均气温在14℃,历年最高气温40.2℃,最低气温-16.1℃,最热月份在7~8月份,最冷月份1~2两个月。年平均日照总时2291.6小时。多年平均降水量839.4mm,最大年降水量为1297.0mm,最小年降水量500.6mm。夏季多东南风,冬季多西北风。最大堆雪厚度为25cm,最大冻结深度为24cm。 2.3.2.3 地震

该区域地质构造主要为断裂构造,由新华夏系和北西向断裂构造组成,主要有郯庐断裂带以及海---泗断裂带,该区域有多条北西向次一级断裂。

根据《中国地震动参数区划图》(GB18306-2001),本地区地震基本烈度为7度。基本地震加速度值为0.15g,地震反应谱特征周期

2.4 场地地质地形条件 2.4.1 工程地质条件

拟建场址位于XX县XX镇XX社区以北水泥路东测,场地西侧为原XX县水务局黄砂厂废弃空地,东侧大部分为废弃采矿坑,积水较多,场地地势起伏较大;根据江苏省徐淮地区第四纪地质资料,场区基岩埋深大于3~50米。

1、西侧配套工程区

地质勘察报告显示,配套工程区地基土自上而下可分为③层,各层土的工程地质特征如下:

①层:耕植土,褐灰色,局部含植物根系,土质松散,成份较杂; 该层厚度0.50~2.30米,平均值1.03米;层底标高42.09~51.30米;层底埋深0.50~2.30米。

②层:粘土夹砂,褐黄色~粽红色,可塑~硬塑,光滑,稍湿~湿,含铁锰结核、钙质结核,干强度高,韧性高;含水率14.8~36.5%,a1-2=0.22~0.38mpa-1,中压缩性土;压缩模量ES=4.80~7.23mpa。该层厚度0.70~4.90米,平均值2.32米;层底标高39.09~50.40米;层底埋深1.20~5.60米。

③层:中砂夹砾砂等,灰黄色,密实,湿,摇振反应中等,场区普遍分布;含水率16.0~21.5%,a1-2=0.15~0.19mpa-1,中压缩性。本次勘察钻探时最大孔深20.00米,未穿透该层。

2、东侧填埋区

①层:素填土,主要以粘性土为主,局部夹少量中粗砂、砾砂等。黄褐色~褐黄色,软塑,场区普遍分布;厚度0.50~9.60m,平均3.92m;层底标高20.55~32.42m,平均27.25m;层底埋深0.50~9.60m,平均3.92m。

②层:粘土夹中砂、砾砂等,褐黄色~粽红色,可塑,光滑,稍湿~湿,含少量铁锰结核,中压缩性,场区普遍分布;厚度1.00~13.00m,平均5.12m;层底标高14.00~29.65m,平均22.33m;层底埋深1.50~17.50m,平均9.14m。

③层中砂夹砾砂、角砾等:灰黄色,密实,湿,摇振反应中等,中压缩性土,场区普遍分布,中压缩性。该层未穿透。 2.4.2 地下水

场区地下水分布为第四纪孔隙潜水—上层滞水,地下初见水位埋深在钻探时自然地面下约6.0米,稳定水位埋深在钻探时自然地面下约6.50米;主要接受大气降水及人工废水补给,通过蒸发及顺流排泄,地下水位随季节降水量而变化。一般在雨季到来之前的5月上旬~6月中旬达到最低点,6月下旬以后,随着雨季的到来,水位开始回升,至7~9月份降雨高峰季节孔隙水位达到高点。根据地方资料,本区多年平均降水量约915毫米左右,最高年份降水量1373毫米,最低年份降水量531毫米;近期地下水位最高时约5.0米,最低时约8.0米,年变幅约2.50米。
