某综合办公楼的设计

摘 要

本工程为某市拟建一栋综合办公楼,结构形式为现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构,屋盖及楼盖采用现浇式钢筋混凝土结构。总长度为57.0m,总宽度为17.4m, 总高度为16.20m,共四层,一层高为3.9m,其它层层高均为3.6m。

本毕业设计主要完成以下内容: 一、建筑设计

根据建筑的使用功能进行建筑的平面布置及建筑造型设计,并确定建筑材料及绘制建筑施工图。

1.各层会议室和办公室共约3600m2; 2.楼梯、走道、厕所等部分约400m2; 3.屋面:柔性防水屋面;

4.墙面:外墙为240mm厚空心砖;内墙为200mm厚空心砖或轻质隔墙; 5.装修:

外墙:面砖、涂料、石材、集石、喷涂等; 内墙:卫生间瓷砖,其余房间普通粉刷; 楼地面:地砖或石材;

顶棚:门厅宜吊顶,其他均为普通粉刷; 门窗:喷塑铝合金窗等。 二、结构设计

1.结构布置及结构计算简图; 2.确定梁、柱截面尺寸;

3.荷载计算,包括重力荷载、水平地震作用等; 4.荷载效应组合; 5.梁、柱配筋计算; 6.基础设计; 7.绘制结构施工图;

8.利用计算机程序进行结构分析。

Some office building design

This project for some office building, the main body structure uses the cast-in-place reinforced concrete portal frame construction, the total length is 57.0m, the overall width is 17.4m, the gross altitude is 15.42m, altogether four, one high is 3.9m, other building store heights are 3.6m.

The purpose of the graduation design including the following contents: I. Architecture Design

according the building function to arrange the rooms of the building, determine the architectural style and the material of the building and draw the architectural working drawing.

1. The meeting room and office, a total of about 3600 m2 of each layer;

2. The stairs, corridor, toilets etc. Part of about 400 m2; 3. The roof: flexible waterproof roofing;

4. Metope: exterior wall is 240 mm thick hollow bricks; Interior wall is 200 mm thick hollow bricks or light weight partition wall; 5. Repair:

Exterior wall: face brick, coating, stone, stone, spraying, etc.; Interior walls, bathroom tile, ordinary paint the rest of the room; Floors: floor tile or stone;

Ceiling: appropriate condole carries on the hallway, the other for ordinary paint; Doors and Windows, plastic spraying aluminium alloy window, etc.

II. Strcture Design

1. Determine the construction arrangement and the calculate concise picture. 2.Determine beam、column cross-section size.

3. Load calculate. Including gravity load、horizontal earthquake load and so on. 4. Load effect combination.

5. Calculate the required reinforcing bar of the beam and column. 6. Foundation design

7. Draw the working drawing of building structure. 8. Strcture analysis by computer program.
