In your last letter you asked for my advice on how to lose weight and keep fit/healthy/slim/thin. So I am writing back to you to share some of my ideas with you.
First of all, I think it’s a must that you have to avoid the high-calorie food like chocolate, cheese and dessert. Instead, you should eat more fresh fruit and vegetables. Besides, a regular eaing habit is also necessary. You should have three meals a day on time and not eat anything late in the evening. What’s more, you’d better do more exercise, such as jogging, swimming, and playing tennis, which will help you burn off the extra fat and appear attractive.
